Called on Wed. Set me up for 0830 on Friday. Technician assessed air conditioning / electrical situation (multiple) and presented me with options - and was able to complete the job that day. Work was top-notch, thorough, and efficient. Price was reasonable - especially for the experience required to assess a non-trivial (previously botched) job. Recommend 5-star! I'm not sure what happened to my lengthy 1 star review, but I've upped it to 2 stars because after 5 months, our '1 month project' was finally as finished as it was going to be. Again, I'm not sure where the review went. As nice as Roy is, I could not refer Thomson Electric due to the continued delays and repeat work that had to be done.

The tech was thorough and did a professional job replacing my water heater and shut off valve. Poor guy was stuck in my miserably hot garage for the better part if two hours.
