Mike came to my home after having 2 other electrical companies come out. They all said the same thing, the box needed to be replaced, and they spent about 10 minutes at the home in total, not even looking at the problem. Mike spent about 30 minutes looking everything over and actually opening the box trying to see the problem. He found the problem. Looked for a safe fix till he could return. He found that it was very unsafe and that it needed to be disconnected. He showed me what it was doing and explained it to me. He came back promptly as he said he would and went above and beyond for my familys safety. He did an amazing job from start to finish. Panther City Electric is the go-to company. Had Panther City Electric come out and install a transfer switch and the outlet for my generator. They were able to work with my schedule and were on time. Install looks great and it passed the home inspection. I will definitely be using them in the future. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
