Best System Installation in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

We just moved into our new house and for the past several weeks we have been getting a lot of Texas Rain. We were pleased with our first service and got a quote for a french drain installation for $8,000. Grant it we could have went with another company , but was pleased with Eddy the first service and stayed with them. The project took about 4 days and the last day they were putting the dirt back into the trench and one of their employees said that they were finishing up and it would be as if they were never there . When we came home from work there was debris and garbage in our next door neighbors lawn and they asked what was going on. On top of that the drains were placed above ground and water was still standing and not draining. The pipe was already clogged with mud coming out of the end. The yard looked like a swamp and in worse condition then it was before. For 8,000 to install 1 french drain is a lot of money. If the job was done correctly i would be in a better disposition. Right now ... I am so stressed out because it has just rained again and the yard is just as much as flooded as before and the pipe is already clogged with mud and debris causing more back up i to the yard and the standing water is still there. Hind sight looking in we should have gone with a landscaping agency or really done more research before hiring them on to install a french drain. Atleast we would have been satisified with the first job done right then stress over this disaster. If anyone knows how we can get help. It will be much appreciated. I took pictures and not to sure what to do to fix it.

Third time our Church has used Sanders Plumbing for a big job. This time had a major leak in a long run underground water main to one of our buildings. Phil Sanders (owner) worked closely with us to find best and still economical way to get the big job done. Went above and beyond making sure that we would have method to trace piping in future as needed. Always friendly and helpful on phone. On-site workers always great to work with. This time a race against cold weather and they came through for us!

Andress plumbing saved me from disaster ! Another plumber came tore my house apart supposedly locating my leak ... Needless to say I called Andress plumbing around 7pm gave them a rough idea what was going on John showed up the following morning located , fixed and had my water back on before dinner time ! I have used Master repair plumbing now for four separate jobs after using either Levy and Sons or Ben Franklin for years. I am in north Dallas so don't hesitate to contact them because you think their location in Ft Worth is too far away. They come willing and on time and provide friendly professional service at prices significantly less than that provided by the big outfits with big advertising budgets. They installed a water heater with auto drain and leak sensor for less than others would even change out with a consumer grade heater and much less than the big plumbing houses for the same quality and work. They also replumbed my house through the attic after I got my second slab leak in a couple of months. This cost less than fixing the first slab leak with another plumbing house. Remarkable. Michael just removed a gas line for me going to a spa heater no longer in use. Super quick and easy and less than another bid had for just digging a hole around the pipe to be cut off. They are the epitome of old fashion quality and value. I won't use anyone else.
