I called Arc Angel and was pleased and surprised that I reached the owner, Mike, who gave me, over the phone, a quote for the job that I needed done. He was so pleasant and nice, and they were able to come out the next day. The electrician, Chris, arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. The price was exactly the same as the quote. They are knowledgeable and seem honest. There is no it will be $60 to walk in and then I can tell you the cost. I definitely recommend Arc Angel and will use them again in the future. Kudos to the owner and employees for the small business feel of this company and for a job well done.
I used Arc Angel to get 14-50 NEMA outlet installed for my EV. They were one of the few companies that provided me with an estimate without needing to schedule and pay a dispatch fee. The estimate provided was affordable and much less than the others I received (some wanted $1000+, the EV up charge I guess). Eric came to install my outlet. He was quick, knowledgeable, and professional. Overall, I would definitely recommend Arc Angel Electrical for your EV charging needs.
Used Arc Angel 2 days in a row, first for installation of a ceiling fan on a very tall ceiling, then to install a surge protector on the electrical panel. Both techs were extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable, and performed the jobs quickly and efficiently. Best experience yet, and I highly recommend Arc Angel for all electrical needs. I will definitely use them again

We had an electrical power circuit issues early Sunday morning. We contacted serval big electrical companies who advertise 24/7, NOT. We contacted Arc Angel Electrical Solutions and Michael arrived an hour after we called. He went above and beyond. He contacted the electric company and coordinated times for them to complete the task needed. Even after his part was completed he reached out to ensure all the work was completed.
We would definitely recommend Arc Angel Electrical Solutions.

Eric arrived on time. Was very cordial and explained all that he would be doing. He diagnosed the problem to be on Oncor's side and called them with all the information about the situation so they can correct the problem. He answered all my questions and concerns. He also recommended needed upgrades to my panel. Would recommend Arc Angel Electrical.

March, 2023 - Thank you for diagnosing the defective surge protector within the circuit breaker panel in our 2.5 year-old home, and replacing it with the Eaton CHSPT2ULTRA. Hopefully, we will not experience another $3,000+ loss in electrical appliances and devices like we did last month.
March, 2022 - Arc Angel Electrical Solutions services were highly recommended to us by one of our neighbors. Our electrician, Michael M., arrived early to our appointment and was easily able to diagnose and resolve a potentially dangerous issue with the light switch in our master bathroom. They were timely, professional in their work and fairly priced. The owner even checked on our satisfaction.
Very professional service from quote to implementation. Arc Angel installed an Eco-Flow new-to-market battery back-up system for our home, including installation of a new smart home panel, and modification of our existing home panel. After service follow-up was terrific too. Michael from Arc Angel checked in to make sure all was working and was quick to respond to messages when we had questions regarding our installation. Highly recommend.

I was having a power outage issue in one room of our house that I just could not figure out. It ended up being a problem with a connected outlet in a different room. We never would have figured it out on our own! They discovered the issues and made the repairs quickly. Before anyone arrived at the house I received a phone call for clarifying questions, and was notified of the estimated charges upfront. This transparency was really nice and it was completely accurate! I’m not familiar with electrical work, so I don’t know how to rate the pricing, but I would say that it was worth the cost just for the professionalism and peace of mind they left me with. Michael and his guys were great and reminded me that their work is guaranteed so they can come back if I continue to see issues. I will be happy to use them in the future.

After having a general inspection done on a possible home purchase, we decided we wanted the opinion of an electrician before proceeding. After making multiple phone calls to many companies, I finally got in touch with Michael who was able to have an electrician out to the property same-day. Given we needed a professional opinion within our option period, this was extremely helpful! Eric came out and did a thorough inspection for us and gave us much more peace of mind on what needed to be done at the property for it to be safe and highly functional for our family. We had the report and estimate in hand the following day and are much more informed buyers. We are grateful for Arc Angel’s expertise and professionalism!

Michael was very responsive and all of his crew were easy to work with when I had additions to the job or other needs. They are also very fair with the pricing of the job and I felt very taken care of - highly highly recommend! - June '22.
They were on time, kept me informed, and id a god job. I called them out for a short on a circuit. They ran it down and repaired it, then suggested an expensive set of arc circuit breakers in my panel. I really did need them; my wiring is about 70+ years old and I feel a lot more secure until I can get the rest of the house rewired. Would recommend this company

Your electricians are very professional. They were courteous and efficient by being on time for the appointment, as well as doing their assigned job in a timely fashion. They were also open to listening to my concerns and questions and graciously responding to them. They installed an outdoor fan with a light fixture for me. I will most likely be contacting Arc Angel Electrical Solutions in the future for other electrical projects.
We had made arrangements to have two companies come to our house to investigate a problem with our lighting in our kitchen. On the day before Arc Angle came, we had an appointment with Mr. E with window between 8-noon, and no one showed in that time frame. Around 1:45 PM we received a text that they were running behind, and that ended our communication with them totally. Eric, from Arc Angel Electrical called us even before his expected arrival time of 1-2 PM today and was actually done by 1:15 PM. He was very professional, explained everything to me such that I could understand and overall did a wonderful job. Will definitely use Arc Angel Electrical Solutions again if have any more electrical issues.
We remodeled our garage and Arc Angel installed a new electrical panel, recessed lighting, moved/installed existing & new electrical outlets, plus much more!

Honestly went above and beyond my expectations. They were super responsive, even answering a text i sent at 9pm. They made sure to remind me about the administartive tasks I needed to do as homeowner, which was super useful to me. They were very quick and unobtrusive. I paid my invoice in advance using the estimate, and they issued a refund when the actual cost ended up being lower than the estimate. Its a small thing, but it emphasizes their work ethic and honesty. When they came out for the estimate they made sure to explain what was necessary and the different options I had to go about it. My go-to electricians.

These are professional, meticulous, friendly, and extremely polite electricians. They stay in touch about and are on time for appointments. They are prompt and clear with estimates. They photograph and document all their work for you. (If I forgot anything, I'm sure they're great at it too! [And no, I'm not related to any of them!])

We were completely pleased with the work Michael did on our home. We had a few outlets placed in our backyard and one on the ceiling of our porch. He was completely professional and did the work quickly. He gave us a quote on a Wednesday and outlets were installed on a Friday. Couldn't recommend him more!
