Noah and Brandon did an excellent job. They assembled and installed a 22ft ceiling fan in addition to 3 light fixtures. There were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They were extra careful not to scuff my hardwood floors and that was a bonus. These guys are professionals with top shelf attitudes. You will definitely be happy with your results!!!

Noah was exceptional. Cared for keeping my home clean, explained everything clearly. All work was checked after completion. Appt was timely and I was kept informed by their main office. Office staff was courteous and helpful. Noah made sure he fully understood what I needed and did the job right the first-time. He also made sure I understood the scope of work. Noah was our technician. He came out originally to diagnose our problem, was able to come up with a solution and fix it on the spot. He was knowledgeable and personable. He had an answer for every question I threw his way, and was able to put it in layman’s terms, which I appreciated. Also had them come back out to do some additional work, all of which was efficient and good quality! This was my first time having to deal with an electrician, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the process from beginning to end! 5 stars in my book.

They've done a full panel replacement, an EV charger installation, and a couple of outlet troubleshooting situations for me. Noah and Joe did a really great job of re-wiring ceiling fans to switches and adding can lighting in a 1964 built home. Noah explained the process, cost and 5 step promise very precisely. There was virtually no clean-up after as they were very careful. They re-did the wiring for a big den area in about 4 hours. I appreciated their honesty and input to our choices. I will definitely use Hop2It in the future.

My fuse box had several breakers burn out and melt in the fuse box, so the power had to be shut down in an emergency setting. Shane came on a Sunday and took care of things that day, keeping costs as low as he could while ensuring everything was done safely. Really appreciate the timely response!

The guys they sent out were great. They were courteous, clean and well organized. The work I had them do was done very well.The only thing that knocked a star off is that while some of the services were reasonably priced, some other services seemed to be priced WAY out of line.

Outstanding service from Mike from the moment he stepped into our house to give us a quote on what work we wanted done. Him & Ruben did amazing work on the wiring, electrical planel, meter box & so much more. They were informative throughout the whole process of gutting the 30 year old wiring we had. I have been wanting to upgrade from fluorescent light fixtures to LED fixtures. Had 3 fixtures in the garage replaced and the one in the kitchen rewired to use LED bulbs. I could not be more pleased with the result and wonder why I waited so long! Noah was professional and a joy to work with. I don't know if the pricing was better or worse than others but it came in under my budget so I was happy with that.I will be having them back to add a surge protector to my electrical panel at some point.

Got some lugs on the meter base pedestal replaced along with any damaged wires for 3k ish. I'm not sure what's a good value or not (I know it's a pretty reasonable/about average price compared to other places that are known for charging high though), but the job was done, and so far I've had no problems. Mike seemed in the know and was very professional.

The technician that came out, Noah (with Joe as well) was very thorough and quick! He explained everything in detail, asked me several times if i had any questions and even advised of future possible issues that may arise that i might also want to take care of eventually. I live in an older home so that was very appreciated because older homes require more maintenance. Additionally, his work is insured for 5 years! Noah & Joe had a very approachable demeanor and were non threatening. I mention that for women that may live alone and might be anxious about an unknown man coming into their home. The receptionist, Pamela, also sent a picture of Noah before he came to my home so i would know who to expect. I loved that feature from the company. Will definitely use Hop2It for any of my future electrical needs.

The job was to replace ceiling lighting for an 80s house. The installation work was fine but they failed to clean up after themselves or replace attic boards that they had to move. I was left with missing insulation, loose boards and old lighting parts littering he attic.

I've been having some electrical issues and was looking for an estimate on an electrical panel upgrade. Explained options very well. Jason was personable not talking over my head but explained the things I wasn't knowledgeable of.

June 2021 - After the first visit, we were left sorely disappointed. Noah visited our home and installed the wrong Amp connection into our water heater even after we provided the instructions and box for the electric-tankless water heater. He left nothing but his hard with little information about what was done and didn't stay to see if it worked properly.January 2022 - After a few phone calls to their customer service team, Kristen scheduled a new appointment within 2 days with a complete professional: Cameron.He was kind, researched our product online, hooked up the correct amperage and checked the water to see if it was heating properly. A complete turn around, but the first impression left me wondering why there was such a discrepancy in their service.

Mike and his apprentice were professional and friendly. They explained their work thoroughly and worked with me on pricing and options. Very nice guys who did great work - I will definitely be calling them for any future needs and specifically this team. Great work and great guys.

Anthony was awesome! He installed a very ornate chandelier that required a lot of detailed work 20 feet in the air. He even put in extra bracketing so it will stay put. He is also very personable and takes pride in his work.

After having someone preciously come out & try to sell me on a FULL home re-wire repair for an in home outage I was having…I was not sold on the story that I NEEDED to spend over 20k to fix my issue. Called Hop2it for a second opinion & had my issues fixed within 10 mins of arrival. Needless to say it was NOT a 20k plus repair but rather a simple fix costing next to nothing. Power restored. My tech Mike was awesome, knowledgeable, honest, and went ahead and gave me a very fair quote for some additional work that would be useful to my home (though not immediately needed for my power restoration) I am forever grateful for the honest service I received after the horrid previous experience I had at another company. Had a manual transfer switch installed . Also had a whole house surge protector put in for good measure. The guys were punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. It's rare for me, a fairly new resident of Fort Worth to find such capable, skilled and conscientious professionals. My last electrical contractor was not responsible or professional. He left us with 20% of the job incomplete. Hop2it was exceptional. Mike and Joe were outstanding! I had to replace a broken ceiling fan in my bedroom with one I had bought on Amazon. The process to schedule an appointment was smooth and easy. Noah was here to install a replacement over the counter microvave, a ceiling fan in the sunroom, and install some outdoor lights we had bought. Turns out, the outdoor lights were not going to work as we had hoped but he found some already attached to the house that, with a little Noah magic, could be made to do what we needed. We are going to return the ones we bought to the store because we now have some lighting shining at the back corners of the yard. He is an amazing tech who is able to let us know what a problem is, give us a possible fix, help with hanging fixtures, and help with future plans. Hop2It Electric has never failed to please.

Noah has worked with me before. He is respectful, informative, intuitive and professional. I needed a shed fitted out with new service. Noah patiently listened and gave me information, options, and cost breakdown for each. He doesn’t rush or pressure. $59 for an estimate with absolutely no pressure and credited back if they are hired for the job is hard to beat! Current costs are high everywhere. I won’t lie and say the estimate was cheap, but it seemed reasonable and I know the quality of Noah’s work from a previous job. He identified a problem in my home (previously missed my other companies who charged me dearly) that was an ONCOR issue and nothing to do with my house wiring.I’ll give current market costs a 5/10; however, and Overall, I’m giving Noah and Hop2It a 10/10.

We had an issue with an outlet when our plumbers installed and needed the plug to be replaced. We also needed an outlet installed into our water heater cabinet for a recirculation pump and flood protector. Noah did a fabulous job in this extremely hot weather. He also did a safety inspection and quotes for updates.

Very well pleased with Noah's installation service of two electric outlets for hot water recirculating pumps, repair of outside outlet, 240v PHEV charging outlet and correctly diagnosing a flickering light issue that has been present since we purchased our house several years ago. I can't say enough about how responsive Hop2it Electrical was! I had a patio installation where the workers cut a line which then proceeded to make my gate opener and part of my kitchen go offline. I called Hop2it Electrical and they were kind enough to find an electrician to come out the very next morning before the concrete pouring would start and was able to resolve everything including running a new ground wire all an incredible short period of time. Mike and his partner did a wonderful job mounting my TV (on a tricky stone fireplace) and installing an outlet. They had no trouble at all and another company could not complete the job. They worked quick and were knowledgeable. They were also very thoughtful that my 11 month old was in the other room. They let me know before they started drilling so as not to scare my son. Which was extremely considerate and appreciated. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them for other jobs in the future!

Couldn’t be happier with the service we had. We had a circuit breaker that wouldn’t reset. Bradley had to work to find a replacement due to my panel being obsolete. Turns out that wasn’t the only problem. After a circuit analysis Bradley found a misplaced ground wire. We’re back up and running. I will call this company with any further electrical work needed.

My 100 year old house was completely rewired before we bought it a couple of years ago, but the outlets in the living room and dining room still had a tendency to short out, and some outlets were completely unusable because they would trip the breaker immediately. Noah spent about 3 hours diagnosing the problem, eventually finding a dangerously exposed neutral in an outlet that consistently tripped. He spent another couple of hours running new wire to that outlet and making sure that everything else in our system was absolutely safe. He made suggestions for upgrades and explained their benefits, but did not pressure any upsales and worked to get me the best price on the repair work. He was prompt, professional, methodical, and pleasant. The pricing was all upfront and reasonable, and in fact their service call price was much lower than other companies I had checked. I put off calling an electrician for a long time because I was afraid of what we would find, but Noah made the whole process easy to understand and not scary at all. I only wish I had called sooner!

Oh my goodness. Mile did an excellent job! He went above and beyond! He installed an outlet quad for my generator. Afterwards, he gave us instructions and tips for using the generator. He was so patient and answered all of our questions. I am very impressed with this company. They were on time, cleaned up afterwards and everything is in working order. Very please with this business! Noah was VERY professional! I received a call almost immediately after requesting an appointment online. They let me know somebody would be here between 1100 and 1700, and I’d received a call prior to. I’m actually typing this review at 1140, and Noah’s been gone for about 15minutes so that goes to show how timely they are. I love that they text you a picture of your technician, so you can be sure who’s coming to your house prior to their arrival and you can confirm before you open the door. Hop2It was responsive and had an electrician scheduled within the next business day. Cameron addressed several issues we’ve had since moving into our home a few years ago regarding constantly burnt out bulbs/fixtures and flickering lights. He also installed several ceiling fans and connected them with WiFi remotes. It made us realize that the “electricians” the home warranty company had sent out were unqualified/inexperienced to fully eliminate the issues and had made bandaid fixes. Cameron was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why. He was at our home longer than expected because he discovered things that were unorganized or unsafe and took the time to resolve the issue so that it will not need to be addressed again. Cameron was considerate of our time too. He noticed it was our kids’ bedtime and asked us if we wanted to finish the last job we had for him. Notified us before arriving and was able to locate the issue with our breaker panel. Switched out the shorted breakers and everything was good as new. I appreciate the surge protector offer and that it wasn’t forced on us, as it could be done later if needed. Overall I’m happy and would recommend to anyone with electrical needs. Fixed an almost certain electrical fire hazard due to negligence from my home builder. He was transparent, prompt, and explained exactly what was wrong and his solution. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Anthony was a life saver tonight. After dealing with a terrible home warranty company to fix my AC, suddenly my entire breaker box burnt out. Stressed and not wanting to be without electricity for a whole night (the home warranty repairmen could only come in the morning), I checked online for an electrician. The girl on the phone seemed very sweet and worried about my situation, and they were able to start sending someone out about an hour later. My electrician, Anthony, was very thorough and worked for hours to fix my breaker box. Afterwards, my AC still was not running cold, and he was determined to try and find the issue. After checking the outdoor connections, he realized that one was missing and was able to quickly fix the electrical side of the AC issue, leading to my first instance of cold air in over a week! Anthony was very knowledgeable and informative, helping to document what had happened and how he would fix it. I would recommend his work to everyone looking for a professional electrician!

Cameron installed an outdoor garage light on today. He was very professional and helpful. What stood out the most to me is that he had came out two days prior to install the light. First, the button on the Yelp site says you will get a quote within 30 minutes. I did not get a quote when I sent the message through the Yelp site explaining the issue. Instead, an hour or so later, I received a message requesting my name and phone number. I promptly responded. I didn't hear back until the following day when a representative called me and asked what was going on. I again explained the issue (or he read back to me what I had described in the original message) and said we can help with that. Again, no quote for what was going on - only an explanation of the trip charge (I did not get an answer as to what was possibly going on with half the circuits if I had potentially overloaded only the kitchen.) I agreed to the trip charge, but I wasn't available the next day (Monday), so an appointment was scheduled for Tuesday AM. The electrician, Anthony, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had. I give the company a star for that. But, as I have come to find out, the symptoms I described were not of what I erroneously believed to be an overload, but of a bad leg. And, as the power company repairman explained, look to see if the meter is running or blank to determine if the bad leg is the power company's responsibility or the homeowner's. Knowledge is power. As a recent (less than 6 months) first-time homeowner, I had no knowledge (and only half-power). Now, I have some knowledge (and full power). I feel a knowledgeable person at Hop2It could have explained the possible cause when I requested the quote (which I never received) and told me to, first, check the meter. That could have avoided both the trip charge and the diagnostic charge on the meter box. Also, when I asked a direct question, they avoided answering it - only saying they could help with that. I pretty much knew that, since they were presumably knowledgeable (highly rated) electricians. So, in retrospect, there were red flags that were raised from the original contact and I cannot recommend this company.

This is the second time we have used 24-7 Electrical Services. We have been blessed to have Frank each time and he is wonderful. Last time he did electrical work in our kitchen, outside, and in our front entry. This time he replaced 5 ceiling fans and a light fixture on our patio.He did an absolutely stellar job.One of the new fans is in our great room. The blades are hand carved wood, so they aren’t precision balanced. Somehow Frank managed to get the job done beautifully.I am so happy and thankful. Not only does he do journeyman quality work, he put up with my dog and my brother all day, obviously he’s a saint!!!I wouldn’t even consider using any other company.

Shane came out and replaced a few light fixtures in my kitchen and replaced my breaker box. Since my house is older. He had to custom make a few things in order to get the new box in the same place as the old box. By doing this he saved me a few hundred dollars. Wow! Two exterior outlets on one circuit had failed, and Cameron was able to trace the issue down to a failed neutral on that circuit (in the attic, under the HVAC unit). Repairs made and a new GFCI outlet installed to protect both duplexes. I'm extremely pleased, and highly recommend Hop2It in general, and Cameron in particular!

Joe answered the phone, took my information quickly and dispatched Anthony. Anthony was out within the hour and gave options to get the issue (breaker that powers A/C was shot and it's 100+ degrees outside) taken care of during the same visit. These guys are absolute lifesavers. My old Federal Pacific breaker box didn't flip a breaker when my A/C shorted out and nearly started a house fire. I called them at 5:30 in the morning and they sent one of their electricians (Mike) to our house at 7am to assess the job and provide an estimate. He broke everything down and provided financing options. Since it was so early, he was able to go purchase all the materials and come back later in the afternoon to get everything installed, which is a godsend during the summer. The whole breaker was completely finished in about 2.5 hours, and Mike answered all of our questions along the way. Great company and great people.

I reached out Friday evening, and Mike was out Saturday morning to upgrade a burned out T-8 ballast to LED. Mike was great and the light looks fantastic. The only downside is that we can now see how dirty the kitchen is because of the better lighting.... Mike's fault.

We had our hot water heater break on us (with flooding) and urgently needed an electrician so we could convert from gas to electric. I called Kim (she is wonderful) and told her the situation. She then called Shane and he said he could do the work to add a 240v connection the same day! And it was on a Saturday. Shane dropped by, saw what he needed, went to get the parts, and did the full install in under two hours. Even though he had to stay late, he helped us when we needed him most. This is the third time we have used 24-7 Electrical Services and they are the only ones we will use...period. They have installed 16 foot high chandeliers and fixed our under cabinet lighting too. They examined the situation and immediately went to work removing the destroyed electric equipment and getting replacement parts. within five hours they replaced the entire fuse panel, the external power meter, the tension pole on the roof and installed all new equipment including advanced surge protection to ensure the impact would be minimized if this ever happened again.They came back the next day to finish labeling the new fuse panel, checking outlets and even replacing outlets with GFCI to bring the house up to modern code.Absolutely amazing work, nice team, friendly. Could not be happier with the work they did.

I am selling my house and 2 different inspectors said my iron gas pipe needed to be grounded because there was CSST connected in with it. For your company to reference, the name on our account was Jerre Land (which they spelled wrong after I spelled it out for them several times).I have had a room in my house where none of the wall outlets have worked for several years now. I finally decided I wanted to get an electrician out here and fix it so I looked some up and found these guys with their really great reviews. However, I'm not sure if these reviews have been paid for or are all friends and family or what... but my experience with them was far from decent. They sent out Mike Guajardo, who apparently has 14 years of experience. He quickly discovered that the issue was a faulty breaker switch... and he told me that those breaker switches are no longer made and nearly impossible to find now, which was a straight out lie. The options he gave was to either reroute the power and disable power from another room (which he had already done to test this, but I had no idea what was disabled so that wasn't going to work) and he was going to charge over $321 for this... The other option was to replace my entire breaker panel for over $4500... which is well above the average for such a job. I declined both as I felt he was trying to take advantage of me. Shortly after, I called another electrical company and explained what had just happened, and they asked for photos of my breaker box and the breaker switch in question, which I sent. They then called me back and told me that those breaker switches are READILY AVAILABLE. I couldn't believe it, so I was really trying to make sure we were looking at the same breaker switch. I set an appointment for him to come out the next morning and replace the breaker switch with a brand new one for $159! Sure enough, he came out and replaced it as promised and everything works perfectly now! He also said if I wanted my panel replaced at some point he could do that and he'd have to replace parts around my meter as well and that would all cost about $3200!I don't know if this is standard practice for 24-7 Electrical Services, or if Mike Guajardo is just a bad apple, but they were clearly trying to take FULL advantage of me and Mike lied straight to my face! He also appeared to be very angry when I declined those options, storming back over to my breaker panel saying he was just going to leave at as is! How unprofessional! He was just going to leave me with no power in a random area of my house which I had no idea of! What if that breaker went to my fridge!? I had to demand for him to put it back how it was. Do NOT trust this company just because of their good reviews! I do not trust this company at all myself, due to my personal experience as outlined above... and to be honest, I do not see how they have ANY good reviews if this is how they conduct themselves. We have a lot more work to be done around the house, and we would have hired you guys to do it if you had done us right. Instead, the other electrician we had come out is going to be getting all of that work.

Anthony came and checked out the cause of the issue. We had a single outlet located in our attic that was controlled by two switches. So he made the outlet it’s own power source and created a new outlet for the old switch.

Marcos is an excellent electrician. We were having electrical problems in 2 of our rooms of our home somwe called 24-7 electrical services after reading a few of thier reviews. Marcos came out, looked at the problem and gave a very fair price to repair the problem. After about an hour of diligent work he found the problem and repaired it. We also had him give us a quote for recess lighting which we will have him back out to do in the next few weeks. 5 star service from these guys.

Needed to have 3 outdoor security lights, old 175 watt mercury vapor lamps, either repaired or replaced. 24-7 Electrical sent 2 technicians who replaced one fixture with an Eaton Halo LED fixture, retired and replaced one mercury vapor bulb with a 150 Watt equivalent corn cob LED bulb, and rewired and replaced one mercury vapor bulb with a 250 Watt equivalent corn cob LED bulb. The LED light is whiter and brighter than the mercury vapor light. My wife and I are very pleased and will call 24-7 Electrical again whenever we need electrical service at our home.

Mike installed a Manual Generator Switch and Sub Panel. Now, in case of power loss, I can switch to generator power and still use the essential equipment and lights without running extension cords all over the house.The install looks very professional and looks like it was installed when the house was built.

So it started with the storm that took down the tree that broke the fence that put a hole in the shed. Insurance assessment (after deductible of course) provided an allowance to remove the tree, replace the fence and repair the shed. Tree removal service cut down the tree that allowed the powerline to lower and Oncor came. That’s when we all got the big surprise of discovering that the meter box had been damaged. So Oncor cut the powerline and said “you fix it.” Thanks to 24/7 Electrical Services repairmen Anthony and Mike plus a sudden storm that not only lowered temperatures but went through quickly, I may have power before midnight.You can’t make this stuff up.
