Tony did a very good & professional job for me
From the moment the tech arrived for an estimate and repair, it was clear he did not want to be here. He made excuse after excuse for not wanting to do the work for either item I had asked for. I gave solutions for his excuses, and he made up more of them. I know others have had good experiences with this company, but I did not. The communications from the company were great, which is why I gave more than one star, but here I am having solved neither issue I called about and having to start over with another electrician, or do it myself.

Tony provided us with amazing and impeccable service during our installation appointment. He was very professional and explained everything he needed to inspect prior to generating a price quote. He was very thorough in explaining the services mentioned in the price quote, and he asked if we had any questions throughout his review of the quote. Tony was very respectful of our home as he began installation, and he kept us updated throughout the whole process.

Tony did an excellent job today! We had a sudden and unexpected circuit breaker trip which we couldn’t resolve. Mister Sparky had a first available for the next morning and we ended up being the second stop which was great! Tony was thorough and tested everything as well as explained things to me along the way so I understood. He found the problem and fix it quickly and now we have power again in that circuit. We had previously used Mr Sparky Electric and were very happy with their work. That's why I called them when we needed to have a new ceiling fan installed. I was able to get an appointment to have it installed quickly.
When the service person was on his way to our home I received an email and text message that included a picture of the person coming to our home. I really like that practice because I know exactly who is coming to do the work.
Andrew arrived as scheduled. He introduced himself and I explained the work we needed to have done. He evaluated the job and gave me an estimate which I approved. He proceeded to install the fan and completed the work in the time frame he estimated. Andrew was very personable and I felt comfortable having him in our home. He was very professional and did a great job.
In addition to the work, he gave us an estimate for additional work we may have done in the future. I appreciate that so that we can budget for that work.
I appreciate Mr Sparky's excellent communication and desire to make sure that the work is done right the first time. We will use this company again for future electrical work and I hope that Andrew will be able to do the work.

We had an electrical emergency & had no idea who to use. After a little searching I settled on Mr.Sparky & I am SO glad we did. I called late in the evening & they were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning between 8 & 10am. The person who handled the scheduling was super helpful & courteous. Andrew arrived right around 8am. They sent his picture before arrival which was a nice security touch. He was quick, friendly & very explanatory. Electrical work is not cheap, ever, but he was able to find the main cause of our problems & fix them immediately & he pointed out another issue we were unaware of but let us know it wasn't an immediate concern so we could schedule it a little later to spread out the unexpected expense. That was extremely helpful & appreciated. Our overall experience was extremely positive & I would recommend this company & this electrician (Andrew) to anyone!! When dealing with a nightmare of a situation, this kind of service can make all the difference in the world. Definitely 5 ☆☆☆☆☆'s!

Tony was our electrician but Mr. Sparky has never sent anyone that was less than stellar. Tony quickly diagnosed our issues and went above and beyond to educate me as to the needed repair, cost and how the issue happened. He was professional in his work and quickly found the problem. Eric came out to fix one problem we had, but ended up doing several more jobs for me while he was here. He did so professionally and quickly and without complaint. Tony did a fantastic job! He went up and beyond with installation of a surge protector, installing ring door bell (which required him crawling into the attic to run power down the wall to the door bell) and wall outlet inspections. For any future electrical needs I will without a doubt be calling Mister Sparky and requesting Tony as my electrician.
Tony was absolutely the best. He was so helpful, Knowledgeable, and just nice. Hard to trust or find good people these days. With Tony you will be taken care of. He’s the best!!

The electrician that came out was Dustin, and we had actually already had someone from Mr. Electric come the Sat before and that person couldn't find the problem, but Dustin was able to narrow down & then pinpoint the location of the problem, and he was much more thorough than the guy from Mr. Electric that unfortunately couldn't find the issue, so I was relieved that he was able to find the problem and u could just tell he knew what he was doing, he also took the time to explain everything he was doing as he did it, so I felt informed and a part of the process, he was very very good and I would reccomend him to anyone, he literally saved our Christmas! When my stove top went out, we found an old business card left behind by the previous homeowner. We called Mr. Sparky and had to wait over a week for our appointment. I’m an avid cook, so being without my stove wasn’t fun; we took the week long wait as a sign that they were good! Tony C. was the technician that showed up. My husband said that Tony C. was really nice and that he would definitely call him again if needed. He was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were also impressed that Mr. Sparky came out on Labor Day and didn’t charge extra. My stove is back working and I had a reason to re-organize my pots and pans!?

Outstanding experience. Maxwell (the technician) was everything you're looking for when you call for electrical service. He assessed the situations I needed to have addressed, fully explained the company's pricing model and offered helpful insights as to what might be the best solution. He was quick and efficient with his work and was well spoken, sharply attired and friendly. When the work was done, he cleaned up his mess and mine and left the site cleaner than it was when he arrived. This was an excellent first experience with Mister Sparky and with Maxwell and I'd recommend them to anyone with electrical service needs.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Tony from Mr. Sparky is fantastic. He is very kind and obviously passionate about his job and helping customers. Tony would explain everything to us and help us understand exactly what the process was and what he was doing so we could be fully informed of the services. He went above and beyond to help us in replacing our old federal pacific electrical panel. We will definitely be using his services in the future whenever we need an electrician!

Our electrical service technician was absolutely perfect! His name is Tony Cross and he went above and beyond what he was called out to do. Mr. Sparky has good customer service and previous reviews, but cancels last minute on day of appointment. So for this I give 2 stars. Service is not reliable. Mr Sparky rescheduled twice. It has been a week and a half since I made first contact with Mr. Sparky. I will not be using their services.

Albert is highly professional which was apparent by his attention to detail during replacement of my electrical service panel. He did not leave my house until my wife and were completely satisfied with the repair. Additionally, Albert scheduled the necessary inspection and additional detail work and did so in such a way that it was seamless. We called Mister Sparky today to fix a short in a wire running to our a/c unit which caused it to stop working yesterday. Not only did they arrive within a couple of hours, Tony discovered that a squirrel had chewed through a wire in our attic and was actually dead and still biting on the wire up there. He replaced the damaged wire in no time and had us up and running and EVEN bagged up the dead squirrel and disposed of it. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Tony is a true professional and a true asset to your company. I can’t really put into words what a pleasure it was to have Tony do the installation of electric to my shed. He was gracious enough to let my grandson use his spade while he was digging the trench to bury the electric line. I really appreciate him not rushing them to finish the trench because they encountered numerous large rocks that had to be busted up to dig the required depth. I definitely will have more electrical work to be done and would like to have Tony to come back to do it. I recommend Mr. Sparky and Tony for quick quality work.

The Service Pro: Cody showed up during the time frame that was agreed upon. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The installations were done swiftly, and neatly. He double checked to make sure that everything was in working order and to my liking. I would highly recommend Cody to service any electrical needs you may have. We will use him/ them again.
Not sure, but I think Sparky himself came! I had an all-home surge protector installed. We discussed several installation locations and agreed on a recessed install, which worked great! I don’t know what the reasonable charges are for this, so it seemed a little expensive, but it was a great install. You get what you pay for!
Michael is one of the best electricians we’ve ever had out here. He’s been out here several times in the past and knows our house. The work he does Is exemplary. No doubt I would continue using them I would hope to get Michael each time.
Daniel Ackerman was professional and took the time to explain everything without talking down to me. The lights and outlets now work and the Mister Sparky standard of work is impressive, they even corrected the previous bad wiring to the switches so I don't have to be concerned about the next one going out. They got someone out the same day I called and were able to quickly diagnose and repair the issues.

We had an excellent experience with a technician who went above and beyond. The service is expensive, but ultimately, I felt as though I had cut several corners with renovation and repair projects in the past and had paid dearly for poor work, unable to get in contact with the technicians or contractors who did the work, and left with more expenses to repair shoddy work at the end of the day. I would hire Mr. Sparky again and had a good experience.

Talked me though the entire process of what he was going to do. Presented me with lots of options and I got to pick the ones that worked best for me at the time. Albert arrived and assessed our situation. His quote was VERY expensive. To simply add an outlet inside a closet opposite an existing outlet in the bedroom was over $400. He then proceeded to explain he got his electrical license and there aren’t enough qualified electricians… I went to college plus four years of specialized medical training and never charged his hourly rate! Each outlet ran the $425 even if it was a no brainer. He couldn’t locate the LED transformer for under cabinet lights which I found in 5 minutes??? He did put a junction box repairing some taped up wiring from a previous electrician’s work so I gave him a few plus marks for that effort.
My wife had waited ALL DAY the day before only to get a 3 pm call saying they were covered up and had to reschedule for the following day. Not impressed!☹️
Mr. Tony was very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable about the services I wanted. H went out of his way to do the things I needed done. I will always use Mr. Sparky!!

This company sets the bar when it comes to their electricians. Daniel A. was my tech and his professionalism, courtesy, and expertise were on-point. And when you first call a company and ask questions, many times the techs may operate differently and provide you different information (cable companies for one.) Not Mr. Sparky. I asked so many questions on the phone before scheduling an appointment and never once did I feel a miscommunication or misunderstanding hindered the process.
The techs wear slippers in your home, they're quick but thorough, and they even give you a Happy call BEFORE the tech leaves to make sure you're literally happy. The pricing was up front before the tech started and was exactly as quoted when completed. Before the tech arrives, you also get a text message with the name, picture, and little bio of your tech sp you know exactly who to expect at your door. Pricing is competitive, but if you need to hire an electrician, you know it won't be cheap.

The technician was very courteous and helpful. He did not try to push any work that didn't need to be done to make extra money. Pointed out that the previous owner of the house and did not not install correctly rated breakers which was a fire hazard and fixed the problem on the spot. He walked us through every step and answered every question without hesitation.
Our technician was on time, very professional, & did a fantastic job. What a refreshingly positive experience. Thank You Mr. Sparky, We have some other home projects & will definitely be back.
Had wiring for hot tub installed. Electrician was Daniel Ackerman. I cannot say enough great things about his professionalism and quality of work. Very very thorough answered all my questions and left me knowing that I received top notch service. Mr Ackerman is in my opinion an extremely valuable asset to the company. Will definitely use Mister Sparky again in future and without hesitation request for Mr Ackerman to be the electrician sent out. Highest recommendation possible for his work!
Jessica has always been so extremely helpful and considerate. She goes above the norm to really make sure that I have everything I need and more. She is top notch and I recommend her as expeditor of the year for always going the extra mile to make sure that I am able to perform at my highest ability!

$49 trip charge for a switch which wasn’t working. Which seemed reasonable. Electrician arrived. Quoted us $341 total (inclusive of trip charge) to diagnose and correct problem. 10-15 minutes later he stated that the problem had been located and couldn’t be corrected. Alternatively, we could run all new wiring for $1300, but that would be on top of the $341. $341 for less than an hour of work with no solution. Manager was even less help when I called.

Dustin arrived on time. He is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He pointed out problems as well as installations that are correct. He answered all of our questions. Good man.
Brennon was extremely helpful, thorough in explaining details of what work is going to be done and the price. He was very polite and did an amazing job in my emergency. I would recommend and use Brennon again.

Dustin was very professional and knowledgeable answered all my doubts and suggested on things I would have not though about to protect my house and my equipments. I would certainly recommend their service and him to others.
We needed a standard wall outlet added above the stove, and Mr. Sharky wanted to charge us $555 (after a $55 discount) for a service that took less than 45 minutes and required one $10 part. The electrician was also late. If you want to pay 3 times the going rate for a service and like to wait all afternoon for the electrician, then this is the place for you. If not, I recommend contacting a different and more reasonably priced electrician.
Mr. Glenn took the time to explain every detail of the work. Fair prices and not trying to push unnecessary services.

Your technician was clean, efficient punctual, and explained all the details of what he was doing before he did it. Most importantly, he took his job seriously and did it very well.
