Excellent service and professionalism! Installed a new outlet for my bathroom and fixed aceiling fan that I had been dealing with for almost 10 years (because I didn't know it could be fixed so easily) and they fixed a couple of light switches just because I mentioned that I didn't like which switch turned on each light. It was nice to have someone do more than expected!

Tech came in and asked for the service call money upfront. His attitude was very negative from the beginning. He opened the outlet and said that the ground was improperly installed in the outlet. When I asked him how he knew, he said the cables in the house don't go bad and we inherit problems from prior owners. Maybe an animal had damaged it.

The outlet stop working and showed an open ground. We have lived here for over 10 years. The outlet had been working properly before. He said if I had problems with the warranty company it was time to look for a new one. He said he can repair it if I paid $450 in addition to the service call. Not a good company to call.

I called B.W Electric to come out and service my fan. The person who came out claimed to be the owner of the company stated I can't repair or service your celing fan if you do not have the manual on hand. The man spoke in a very derogitive tone to both I and my family, he refused to provide service for an electronic appliance and left me without providing the services that I had hired him for.

Breco arrived on time and he was very professional. He explained the problem and the repair in detail and completed the task expeditiously. I will most certainly use BW Electric again for my electrical needs.

Thank you BW Electric for servicing my home! They were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ll be sure to use them for any additional electrical needs I may have.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THR PLAGUE. The so called owner will not do any work of you do not have a manual and say it is not his responsibility to research the issue. Very unprofessional.

Update:
Even after contacting the BBB which they're apart of, they still did not try to fix the issue. I ended up canceling and found another guy to fixed it in 10mins and said there was never any need for a manual. The owner just doesn't know what he's doing. Save yourself the headache and look else where for electricians.

We first got in touch with Breco from BW Electric through our home warranty company. We were a little leery because we had been dealing with a different company for almost a month trying to get our electricity restored in a couple of rooms in our home. Breco showed up on time the first day for our appointment. He assessed the situation and then had to get approval from our home warranty company to repair the problem. He said we would hear from him by the end of the day, and we did. He kept his word on that. He was approved to fix the problem and came back a couple of days later to fix it. The problem turned out to be bigger than we had hoped, but he worked tirelessly until the problem was fixed. He was professional,courteous,hard working and honest. In the end we ended up having to pay some out of pocket for what the warranty didn’t cover,but it was well worth it. He made a total of three trips to our home and each time he was on time or earlier than anticipated. He always called ahead of time when he was on the way. It took him just a few days to fix what the other company couldn’t fix in almost a month. I highly recommend Breco with BW Electric. We will definitely use him again should we need an electrician and I will definitely recommend him to family and friends. Thank you,Breco!

First time ever that a company has given me a time window and showed up at the beginning of that time frame. Very impressive! Breco did an outstanding job and explained everything he was doing. He actually called the home warranty company on site and got it approved AND fixed the same day. Woohoo! Thanks for being so patient and going the extra mile for me. I will definitely use him again!

I tried using this company through my home warranty. They never called to schedule an appointment just scheduled it whenever. I tried calling them (for multiple days) to have it corrected and cannot get a hold of anyone.

Breco arrived early to the appointment and had my light fixture replaced in under 20 minutes. He did good work, and I would recommend him.

I have a home warranty. They sent this company, BW Electric, to repair or replace my bedroom ceiling fan. He arrived when he said he would. He was very professional, explained everything and when he could not repair my old fan used a brand new fan and installed it quickly and well. I HIGHLY recommend them and will let everyone know!!

BW was contracted through our home warranty One Guard and we had Breco contact us immediately, schedule with my requested time and show up promptly and do a great job installing our ceiling fan and disclosing all warranty details. I'm keeping the card for any future electrical needs!

BW Electric came out after we had another company tells us we needed a new panel, BW Electric informed us this was not the case at all and just needed a minor repair which he did on site. Everything in our house was back to normal in under an hour including some outlets that hadn’t been working. Very grateful for them and the service and honesty they provided us.

This company has been out to my house 3 times through my warranty company. I STILL do not know what it will cost nor what the problem is to repair some outlets that are out.
The same guy all 3 times. He told me he would not do the job since he would have to deal with my spray foam insulation.
DO NOT waste your time or money with them. This guy is overly by ccx the book, and super bougie! He is always on the phone walking around my home & property talking with someone. Very unprofessional. It comes across like he is too good for the job, and he wants to charge for everything time he looks at something.
And everytime me and my insurance company tried to call their phone number, it always went to a recording and we had to wait to be called back.
No such thing as above & beyond for the customer here.
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

This company was contacted by my home warranty, one guard. We called at 4:00 pm on a Thursday, and they were able to be at our house by 8:30 a.m. on Friday! It was a simple issue, but Lawrence took care of it in 15 minutes, and was in and out with a smile on his face. I'm surprised by the bad reviews, I couldn't have had a better experience. And I'm picky. =)

Breco was great! Very professional, helpful, and understanding. He took the time to explain the situation to me that was causing the electrical issue I was experiencing. Will definitely use them again!

Our A/Cs were out and some other miscellaneous items around the house. We had an A/C company out and they said we needed to call an electrician and that he smelled something burning. BW came out quickly, found the source very quickly, worked with Oncor, and had us up and running in no time and at a very reasonable price. BW explained everything thoroughly, was very friendly, and was very patient with us. Would hire them again in a heartbeat!

The owner is shockingly unprofessional. He does not seem to want to work..spent 30 mins in my home telling me how he has contracts he has to abide by ( i called the home warranty Co and they called his BS). Next 30 mins fidgeting with stuff in my house. Didnt fix a thing. Gave me a $2,500 bill and said if you hire me direct its cheaper!!!

All in all, touched a few things and thats it. THAT IS IT! Warranty company sent another company to actually do the job. Oh BTW: the guy walked in the door and demanded/extorted $65 bucks for driving up to your door. Please dont hire this company - Poor customer service, unethical person and unprofessional behavior!

Breco was very professional and able to determine a problem with my electric. I would higly recommend this company. Always called, told me when he would be there, had to order parts and make another call to return.

I had an issue with my pool pump. Other electricians charged me for their time but could not fix the problem. I found BW electric and they came over and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Very reasonable and very pleasant to deal with. I will use them again.

Just had Lawrence here to fix ceiling fans, and couldn't have had a better experience. He was professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and fixed the problem! I would highly recommend him and BW Electric.

Horrible Service.
Had read the 8 positive reviews and hopeful that my warranty company got a reputable individual to help resolve my needs.
That was far from the case, tech arrived late and lacked all professionalism. Was in a hurry to get job done and move on without even providing a receipt.
All said, he didn't even fix the issues and now am having to contact the warranty company for escalated assistance

Outstanding service by Lawrence. Diagnosed the issue correctly within seconds of his arrival and fixed it ASAP. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I'll use his services again if need be and I suggest you do too, you'll be in good hands.

Outstanding service! Breco the electrician came out and figured out very quickly that my electrical had big issues and fixed them. Also very courteous and professional, I would highly recommend!
