Henry & Henry did a fantastic job installing recessed lighting in our kitchen for a fair price. We would use them again!

I've used Arrow Electric Service for several years now. I've always been very happy with their service. The last service they completed was replacing the room lights with LED lights and I absolutely love it! They helped me remodel the old fashion drop lights in the kitchen and it looks so much better. I will have them back after the new year and do more work on my electrical boxes. I have referred them to my sister and one of my friends. My sister was very happy with them also. I feel they are reasonably priced.

Henry came the next day and fixed an outdoor outlet that failed, as well as 3 patio lights that failed. He had to re-wire the patio lighting, and installed great new LED lights. Very professional and nice. Highly recommend Henry at Arrow!

This company has come out a few times to fix some things and every time they are kind and quick! Last fix was within warranty too! We love this company!

Henry was kind and patient. Answered on a boiling hot Saturday afternoon and came out that day for a repair. He walked me through possible solutions to fix the issue. When those didn’t work, he came out promptly and told me what I needed to do with Oncor. Showed me the problem and the repair. When Oncor came to my house to cut the power, he talked to the electrician to determine the severity of the issue. After the repair was done, I had trouble getting Oncor back out to restore power. He called them himself to explain I was recovering from cancer treatment and couldn’t be in the heat. He answered all my questions about what was this/that. I recently lost my father and didn’t know anything really about the outside parts. All the other electric folk I called wanted $400 to just come out and nobody would until the next day. I am so grateful to Henry for being honest and kind. The price was extremely fair. Henry cares. My fire hazard picture attached!

I needed some new electric lines run to the kitchen and the straight forward solution would've meant cutting open a lot of drywall. To avoid that, Henry came up with an alternate solution that avoided all that, so if you're looking for someone who does good work and will work with you to find the right solution for your needs, these guys are a good choice.

I called this company to have them come out because one of my outside electronical switches outside wasn’t working and they guided me over the phone as to what the problem might be and how to fix it. Exactly what they said was the case and it was fixed in 10 minutes without them coming. There knowledge and professionalism helped me and there was no unnecessary monies spent for something that was a click of a switch.

This was truly the worst experience I've ever had with a consult. I contacted Arrow for a consultation on hard wiring my security system, fixing my doorbell, and getting clarification on light switches that were hooked up to a smart system that is no longer in the house and I wanted to make sure they would all still work properly. This jamoke came to my house, looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to hire an ELECTRICIAN to do ELECTRICAL work at my house. Seemed confused about what hard wiring means - and told me multiple times that hubs and keypads can't be hard wired because there isn't somewhere to PLUG IN the USB or hub plug - like, duh guy. That's why I am trying to hire your company to HARD WIRE it. Then when telling him that I recently took the working doorbell off and installed a wired nest ring cam but the ringer wasn't working, he told me over and over again that the chime is broken and doesn't work. It worked yesterday. It's worked for 50 years, but sure - ok. Then he kept asking me when I wanted them to come install the new light switched. Yeah. Right. Never happening. His last words were Usually we charge a service call fee but we didn't accomplish anything so I guess I'll let that go. Gee, thanks. What a waste of 30 minutes. Terrible excuse for an electrician. Don't waste your time, even if you won't pay for it.

Henry was very friendly and understanding to the project I wanted to complete. We ended up installing and/or retrofitting 18 can lights in my home. The living room was particularly challenging since there was not accessibility from above. He was able to route the conductor through the ceiling with only one extra hole and had an exceptional recommendation for a painter to re-finish and paint the ceiling. All for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend to anyone for interior electric work.

I’d rather not have to post this review but here goes. I have reached out to Henry through email and text with no response. I’m a widow on a fixed income. My breaker panel tripped in the early morning hours last week. I don’t know any electricians so I googled several and came across Arrow Electric and they had GREAT reviews and that’s why I went with them. I asked him upfront how much the service call would be and he blew me out of the water when he told me $185 but what do I know? He showed up and after checking the wires on the breaker box he “thought” it MIGHT be my a/c unit outside. I feel like I did a lot of the leg work, on the phone with him when he went outside and had me flipping breakers and turning on/off a/c units or ME being outside on the phone with him so he could try and figure out which unit he THOUGHT was throwing the breaker. He suggested I call Oncor and have them come out (which I did. Everything was fine) He never checked the electrical wires on my a/c so I called another electrician and within 30 minutes he solved the problem. It was the DISCONNECT HIGH VOLTAGE TRIP.. It was a simple/obvious electrical problem if he had just done his job. He was at a loss as to why my breaker box was tripping on that one unit. I’m out $185 for service not rendered. The invoice I received listed $85 service call and $100 for testing main voltage panel, identifying a/c units, labeled a/c unit on panel and he said he opened meter box which he didn’t (said he couldn’t do that without contacting Oncor) It seems to me that all of that labeling and identifying would be what a service call entails. I tried contacting him through text and email asking him to return half of my money but I’ve not heard back from him. “Take the money and run”
I had to pay another electric company another $79 service call and they immediately fixed it for that service fee!!!

We needed our parking lot lights repaired and Henry answered my call. He came to our office that same day to take a look and give us a plan to have all lights in working order and replaced with brighter and longer lasting LED. Within 2 weeks the replacements had arrived and they came to install.

Arrow Electric Services did a great job in explaining everything in detail, and was very patient in answering any question that I might have had. Henry walked me through the process of what I needed to get done prior to them arriving and working on my electricity. He gave me a very fair quote, and took the time to explain the costs associated with each service. I had been struggling to get Oncor to perform a temporary disconnect on my house as they were unable to complete my request as scheduled, but Arrow Electric Services was very accommodating and flexible of their time and was able to get out there to perform their services as soon as the disconnect happened. I would definitely recommend the usage of their company as they have shown professionalism in their work.

I called these guys because our oven stopped working and we didn't know much about electrics, they asked for photos and walked us through resetting the breakers. They also pointed out some concerns they saw in the photos and set up a service call for us. All of this was after hours, on a Friday! They still took the time to help us out. To go above and beyond for us even without knowing we would have them come out for a service call shows that they are very customer centric. I am sure that they'll take good care of us when they come out!

Called Arrow Electric for assistance after I failed installing a ceiling fan myself. Henry was here the next day and throughly inspected my work and fixed all of the problems. He was nice, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company and I plan to use them again for all of my electric needs.

Henry was very helpful. I called and scheduled a repair, our lights were flickering. He suggested we call the power company out as well. Power company came first and fixed the problem so we cancelled our call. Henry understood. I will definitely use them in the future. It's hard to find a company that will be honest with the problems and not try to charge you first.

We had an issue with our doorbell that was caused by an ADT installer (DON'T USE THEM!...but I digress). Everything about this experience was good. The person with whom I talked to schedule the appointment was very polite and helpful. The Arrow technician was on time, very polite, obviously diagnosed the situation quickly, and was also done quickly. The cost per minute, therefore, was pretty high, but that actually is a good thing in a way. I would strongly recommend Arrow.

Arrow Electrical saved the day for us on New Years Eve! We came home to a power outage throughout parts of our house that we were unable to fix on our own. They talked us through the problem on the phone, and we were able to quickly solve the issue together. I choose this provider after having gotten another quote from a different provider. I went with them because Henry Sr. was on time and knowledgeable. After hiring them to replace my electrical panel and updating my laundry room electrical outlets I found that they lack communication skills. They did not communicate with me well throughout the experience. They also rescheduled the work several times and were not on time once I provided the deposit for the work. It seemed that they were not in a hurry to complete the work or interested in providing good customer service. The job was completed and everything works properly, however, their communication and customer service could use improvement.

Henry was willing to provide me a quote and took the time to go over my project over the phone, something those other guys refuse to do. He installed a 30amp plug to power my rv and was able to move some breakers around in the box to make it happen. He also serviced the entire panel and found an over voltage issue coming from oncor. Very pleased with his professionalism and work! Would definitely use arrow electric again!

I called Arrow to ask for advice/recommendations on what I should do with my electrical dilemma. The customer service was A+. While other electrical companies only wanted to come out and charge a service and wouldn’t even talk. Arrow stepped up and walked me through things to verify if I really needed their services. Most companies would just say you need a new panel and you wouldn’t know. Honesty is a big factor when asking a company for advice and Arrow was just that. I got a real comfortable feeling talking to them knowing I wasn’t being bullied or fed bad information.

We called them to get a quote, one of our breakers kept tripping.
They were very responsive, even called us well ahead of time to let us know they'd be delayed. The prices they gave seemed fair, he was really good at explaining our options and what it would take to get the job done.
We ended up using someone our client already knew, but they will definitely be on our list for future jobs.

Also my house has gas dryer set up with 110v, but I wanted 240v-4 prong standard set up. They came out the day I called and gave me an estimate. They are very professional, and get things done. This company will rip you off. They charged you for the time that they spent even when they had no clue what to do.
I need a pool electrical inspection. I sent them the checklist from the city. Henry came and gave me a $195 quote. He then came back to inspect and found a GFCI circuit does not perform. He and another technician spent over one hour trying different things but could not figure out how to make it work and still charged me $275 for an unfinished inspection. Another electrician that I called simply install a spa disconnect and the circuit is GFCI protected.

Arrow Electric had great customer service in the way of being very prompt and and punctual with their appointments. Free estimate and very knowledgeable representative.

I'm not a contractor, but I have been screwed over by quite a few. These guys make the entire industry look much better. The first time they came out I had been told by another contractor that I needed $5,000 worth of work done - Henry said the issue was a $50 fix in my breaker box. Makes me wonder how the other guys sleep at night.

We have used these guys for 3 projects at our house and have them lined up for another one. You won't find a better price, other companies are 2 or 3 times more. They are friendly and very responsive.

The electrician was supposed to be at my house between 12:00 & 2:00. Not only did he not show up, when I called the company there was no answer. I left a message asking if they would please call me and set up a new time and they never called me back. Waste of my time.
