Excellent service. Cameron installed my Tesla Wall Charger and diagnosed an issue with one of our electrical outlets causing our circuit breaker to trip. He found the bad outlet in the series and replaced it. Excellent job installing the EV charger as well. Highly recommend Mr Electric.

Very professional. Extremely pleased with service

After having a general inspection done on a possible home purchase, we decided we wanted the opinion of an electrician before proceeding. After making multiple phone calls to many companies, I finally got in touch with Michael who was able to have an electrician out to the property same-day. Given we needed a professional opinion within our option period, this was extremely helpful! Eric came out and did a thorough inspection for us and gave us much more peace of mind on what needed to be done at the property for it to be safe and highly functional for our family. We had the report and estimate in hand the following day and are much more informed buyers. We are grateful for Arc Angel’s expertise and professionalism!

I appreciate your professionalism. We will unquestionably recommend them to anyone we know who requires electrical repairs. We might ask them to return at some point to install some outlets that were carelessly installed by a different company.

Why is there no option for Zero Stars?? This is the worst service I have ever received. Simon Sanchez is the owner and I dealt directly with him to solve my household issues. My house was struck by lightning in June of 2013; and in March of 2014, I am still trying to get everything resolved. He refuses to give a warranty on the work done on the house and will not take ownership of the shoddy workmanship by re-replacing the thermostats in my house. I have a heat pump unit and he installed the standard thermostat which resulted in a much higher than normal electric bill.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THR PLAGUE. The so called owner will not do any work of you do not have a manual and say it is not his responsibility to research the issue. Very unprofessional.

Update:
Even after contacting the BBB which they're apart of, they still did not try to fix the issue. I ended up canceling and found another guy to fixed it in 10mins and said there was never any need for a manual. The owner just doesn't know what he's doing. Save yourself the headache and look else where for electricians.

Completely useless company my brand new air conditioner blew after one month and I the dead middle of summer in Texas with kids in my place they would t come out and fix it I would not recommend this company’s to anybody if you want poor horrible service and you don’t have a working brain after reading this review Be my guest and hire these guys.
