Jonathan was very professional and explained everything he needed to accomplish for my new dishwasher to be brought up to code, and installed. He was up front about pricing, which was very reasonable. This company is top notch from the receptionist to the scheduling reminders to the electrician. I highly recommend Wilson Home Service.

Had an emergency with hot water heater breaking and in need of replacement. Wilson Home Services was able to expedite a tech out same day and complete the replacement at even better pricing than other servicers. Ryan Morris was our technician and did an awesome job. Wes was such a great professional when coming to repair our AC unit. He was very careful not to disrupt any of the furniture or the flooring in the house, and he was very respectful when moving around the outside of the house.

Have used Wilson Home Services for years. I know Victor Wilson personally and he is extremely honest and a man of integrity. I had a problem with my drain from my washing machine in the garage. When my machine emptied its water the drain would overflow. I was concerned I may have a collapsed drain pipe. John showed up. He ran an auger through the pipe removing a partial clog that was in the pipe. He then ran a camera through the pipe to make sure the pipe was in good shape and there was no collapse, which there was not. Thank you for your honesty and integrity.

Having the air conditioner going out in this heat is awful, but Sean Devlin with Wilson Home Services was there to help. He diagnosed the root problem with the AC unit with ease. The WHAM plan they offer was such any easy choice, I’ll be sure to tell my family in the area as well.

Had an appointment scheduled between 8 and 10 a.m., nobody showed up. I called the number on their website and it kept saying mailbox full. Finally found a different number and the person I spoke with said my appointment didn't make the schedule that day, said someone could come between 3-5 the same day. Waited and waited, nobody ever showed up!

I came across this company after many, many tries to find a good honest company who knew what they were doing. Sean came on time, was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I will definitely be a long time costumer with Wilson.

The technician was on time and listened to our description of the issues and then went about resolving the blockage and restoring service to the house plumbing. He also discovered a iron pipe issue which we didn’t know about and showed us in detail the status of it. Additionally he gave us support in the right description to give to our homeowners insurance company regarding repairs and working with Wilson Home Services to setup and schedule the work needed to replace the old cast iron pipe and ensure the future safety of the house and home!

Wes serviced my A/C and he has serviced my system in the past. He is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time and performed an inspection on both my A/C systems. He identified the problems and provided his recommended solutions. We agreed on a cost effective repair plan and scheduled the service. I consider Wes an Excellent Technician. Amazing service, Roberto arrived quickly, found the problem within minutes and cleared it up. He provided a solid estimate before starting to work. Was respectful of my property and cleaned up after he finished. He unclogged the sewer line between my house and the street gave me some advice to prevent future clogs. This is the second time I’ve used Wilson Home Services. They did a super job installing a tankless water heater for me about three months ago. I recommend the Wilson home annual maintenance plan. They came in and gave us a free second opinion estimate after another company gave us an estimate that seemed high after a little internet research. The work to be done was a water heater installation and pressure valve for our water system. It turned out they not only saved us $1400, they also saved us from some unnecessary work. We loved our crew, who were friendly and knowledgeable and best of all honest about what needed to be done. They showed up on time, let us know every step of the way what they needed to do, cleaned up after themselves, and overall exceeded our expectations. Also they charged us exactly what they quoted us, no surprises! This company was a breath of fresh air. Also super pleasant schedulers. Professional!!!

We have used Wilson's home services for several years and have been extremely happy with them. We had an appointment for air conditioning maintenance today. We knew we were ready for a new unit but really didn't want to deal with it at this time. Eric, came out, inspected our unit and informed us of the issues with our unit. What was really appreciated was he listened to our concerns, answered all of our questions and gave us really good insight. He did not pressure us to buy a unit. He went over multiple options. We did purchase a new unit but never felt pressured or that we had to decide on the spot. We felt really good about our decision and really appreciated the great customer service. Eric was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. He definitely made the experience headache free! I highly recommend this company!!

Andy Brown handles our air conditioner issues and provides great service. Today I had a major water leak. I called Andy and he arranged fast service with his company. He went to the site and updated me when the repair was done. He is awesome to work with. Wilson Home Service is awesome, FBCH appreciated excellent customer service.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Wilson Home Services and Jeff Post (the technician who came out today). Jeff quickly discovered the source of the problem (evaporator draining into the overflow pan), vacuumed out the accumulated water, did the routine maintenance, and spent almost an hour cleaning the outdoor compressor and bringing the system completely back to optimum.

The cost? $0. As a member of their service plan, I pay NOTHING for this twice yearly service. And they call ME to set up each visit. I highly recommend both this company and their annual service plan.

This was another awesome service call….Had to replace a hard start capacitor. They could have used a cheap knock-off. Instead, they installed a capacitor with a 5 year warranty. Quality over junk and future warranty calls avoided. Smart move . Victor installed the system 15 years ago and has been servicing my systems since then. I highly recommend Wilson home services.

Adam came the next day from our call and serviced our sewer main to clear a clog. The Wilson Service guys have been polite, helpful, and good to answer all our questions.

I’d left a review for Wilson Home Services earlier when I was having my Central Air Conditioner and furnace installed. It’s been a few weeks since I had the new Central Air Conditioner and Furnace installed as well as had my Water Heater repaired but I wanted to do this review because I want to thank Wilson Home Services for their Awesome work and Customer Service. Everyone, from the courteous and friendly Office Staff who call to make sure everything is going smoothly to the guy who made first contact, HVAC Technician Eric Cheek, to the HVAC Installers Chris and Isaac and to the Plumber who repaired my water heater, Roberto.

In each repair the guys were timely, professional, helpful, warm, kind and explained the repair process before repair began. The install was seamless. Chris went a step further when I told him my Water Heater Pilot light was out and asked him to light it for me. He said he was not a plumber but would take a look. He saw a lot of water in the “pan” beneath the heater that was not supposed to be there. He said “This does not look right...there shouldn't be that much water there. He called his office for a Plumber to come out and check it out at no additional cost. I know there are many Senior Citizens living on a fixed income and the thought of an additional expense can be devastating. I had a sleepless night worrying about the additional cost of the heater repair.

My Water Heater repair required new water pipes and a new Pilot Assembly. I was freaking out because I knew these repairs would be costly. It was suggested I speak to Adam, the Lead Plumber or head of the plumbing Department. I want to say a special thanks to Adam for his tremendous financial help and for the guys he sent to my Home to make the repairs; to Trevon who came out inspected the heater and expedited the Pilot Assembly part that I needed and a huge thank you to Roberto who replaced the pipes and installed the Pilot Assembly. The assembly repair was “touch and go” for a while but Roberto persevered and did not leave my home until the heater was working properly.

While I can try ...I know mere words cannot express my gratitude to this company. This company and team was a blessing to me ….A Plus all the way. Excellent, Excellent Customer Service...very customer oriented and I am very thankful for their service. Thanks to you ALL. I highly recommend this company. Wilson Home Services was terrific for us. We had trouble getting a faucet set from a local supply store (it was 8 days late), but Wilson worked with us (Jennifer was really helpful and daily kept making a spot for us on the schedule in case it came in). When the faucet set finally arrived, they were here on the double. Lyle and Josh took us through each step, gave us a more-than-fair estimate, installed a second faucet for us, and made two bathrooms function (and look) so much better! Their work was performed in a timely manner and professionally. We highly recommend them.

Had a new AC/heat pump system installed. Developed a leak from the system into the plumbing. Since Wilson also has plumbing they had a plumber available quickly to fix the problem. The repair required cutting a hole in the wall and Wilson had a very professional man replace the wall board and paint it. Interesting that they could have argued about the cause of the plumbing leak but took full responsibility!!!! They made sure the system and my property was in pristine shape and that I was satisfied!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Wilson Home Service. Eric was awesome. He was right on time, extremely professional, and of great character. He told us exactly what he was going to do with the regular scheduled maintenance check. Once he completed the work he sat down and spoke to us about his findings. All of it was in layman terms for my wife and I. He took his time, did not rush us, and gave reasons of what he found, and what he suggested were good options for us to help improve and keep our HVAC system running smoothly going forward. I usually do not budge right away when given recommendations and prices. However, we have come to trust Wilson and we trust Eric's judgement. He explained everything in full detail and did not push us into anything. I felt a lot better in speaking with Eric after his maintenance check and findings and I look forward to the work he will be doing for us soon.

I had a electrical situation arise concerning my ring doorbell and Wilson home services sent chase geter out to my home promptly. He was able to resolve my problem in 10 minutes. He was so thorough and I am now able to return the new ring doorbell that I had to purchase from homedepot. This company is so professional. I appreciate all that they have done for me.

I have Wilson Home Services come out as my AC unit was leaking and also for an AC tube up. Eric Cheek (tech) came by and was outstanding! He explained everything in detail and made sure everything was in tip-top shape once he was done. My furnace went out and upon evaluating the repair needs and discussing the situation with Eric, with NO high pressure sales pitch, I made the decision to replace my unit rather than repair anything else on it. Our heater wouldn’t start this winter so I made a call to Wilson Home Services. Next morning Josh made it out to our home right at the appointment time. He showed me pictures of what was going on with the unit and the overall system and gave me solid recommendations. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed up in no time. I had a very odd need (smoke detector changed on a 20 ft ceiling). After contacting a number of business and not having any luck, I called Wilson Home Services and they were great. They had a team out within an hour and completed the change for me. They were very friendly and professional. I’d highly recommend them and plan on using them again in the future.

Eric was extremely helpful and informative in getting us set up with a replacement system. And Chris and Issac did an amazing job installing the system, they were efficient and provided excellent information to ensure we get the most out of our system.

I called to schedule an estimate for HVAC replacement and I was amazed that the owner (Mr. Wilson) is the one who answered. He was very nice and after a few minutes discussing my situation, it was obvious he had tons of experience and that felt very comforting. The way they do business makes SO MUCH sense to me....the installer was the one who is also the estimator. It makes perfect sense to me that the person doing the install would know exactly what is needed for each situation....and thus would be the best person to give me an estimate. They were able to install a completely new system the very next day after estimate. They install techs were friendly and knowledgeable....and pretty funny as well. Everyone was very up front (transparent) during the entire process. Highly recommend!

Wilson has been great the last two times I’ve had them come out. Lyle and Josh did a great job fixing our plumbing issue and were great guys to deal with. Dan came out to check our furnace and was wonderful as well. He made meaningful comments but wasn’t pushy about selling us anything.

Warning, was excessively overcharged. Part cost less than $100, repair took less than half an hour, was overcharged at $400. Yes, they did work for us and the only time the owner responded was on this review to accuse me of falsifying. Stay away unless you don’t mind being treated badly. Do not recommend.

I have only good things to say about Wilson Home Services. I have been using them for 3 years. Jonathan did a good job with all three plumbing issues in the last 3 years. Adam was very detailed with my water heater installation and fixing of a water leak next to the water heater. Recently Morgan did a wonderful job with fixing my A/C unit. You guys do hire good people. Best of all, you guys are very responsive when I needed you.

We are very impressed with the Wilson team. Victor was very professional and competent, arrived on time and stayed to 10pm to install a new Carrier 3.5 ton hvac including furnace with 1 and then another team member Ronnie. They added an upgraded thermostat too. Great attitude and fair price as I got other bids.They were honest and registered the equipment online for us.They charge $160 per year for ac maintenance of all acs and extra plumbing services with no service fee. They are a small family type company with a heart-warming history. Recommended by a neighbor, we passed the recommendation onto another neighbor! Thank you to both Victors! The owners name is Victor also!

Jose went above and beyond to get our house ready for summer. He checked both our units and even gave us a hint about an attic tent that will keep our house cooler and our bills lower.

Contacted them thru Yelp for a quote for a plumbing job - faucet replacement. Got a prompt response and was asked to call them for the quote. The lady on the phone gave me a quote and I double checked if there would be any additional charges. She said that would depend on additional work that needs to be done. I confirmed that it would be fair for any additional work other than the replacement of the faucet, should it occur, be discussed at the time of work. The appointment was scheduled for the following day.

The technician arrived as scheduled and was wearing a mask, which was appreciated. He assessed the work and asked if I had the replacement faucet, which I did. He quoted a rate which was 4 times the agreed upon rate. There was no additional work that was needed except removing the old faucet and replacing it with the new one. I let him know of the rate that was agreed upon with the office and he said he could give me an additional discount, which was still 3 times the rate. He said that the rate quoted by the office is just for the service visit, which was not what we agreed to over the phone. I was out of options and could not wait another day without a functional kitchen sink, so I agreed to the new rate.

The tech completed the work in under 15 minutes. He was friendly and efficient. He cleared the old faucet but no clean up of the work area was done after the replacement. He mentioned about a free membership which was part of the total fee that I was charged and that I could use it for AC tune ups and other services. No details were given and I was asked to call the office. I was not interested in the membership and given this experience, I highly doubt I will use their services again.

Am not a fan of businesses that take advantage of a bad situation. Barring the pricing discrepancy, I have no complaints about the work that was done. Wish they were upfront and set clear expectations about their pricing from the get go.

I would highly recommend Wilson Home Services. I called at 8am, they had someone there by 12:00, and the problem was fixed by 2:00. Their service was very professional. They quoted my work in 15 minutes (relatively simple scope of work), and the price was very reasonable.

I purchase a new Navien tankless water heater both Adam and Jeremiah arrived on time and exceeded our expectations on installation and cleanliness. Customer service is outstanding, which is needed on an expensive purchase such as this. I also have to mention Wilson prices beat all other quotes! Our ac quit cooling and we had Wilson out to check on it. Turned out an opossum had damaged a bunch of ductwork and some wiring. Wilson came out and saw that the installation of our ac was not up to their very high standards. They had installed the unit two years ago and due to a temporary man power shortage a temp crew had been hired. The crew lasted a week or two then let go. When Wilson discovered the poor workmanship of the temp crew they called in a veritable SWAT team of HVAC technicians and overhauled our system completely. We had 3 trucks and 5 guys here most of the day! Their work is AMAZING! They even fixed the damage from the opossum no charge! They rerouted some of our ductwork so our system would be more efficient! Great company and I will be a fan forever! 5 out of 5 stars!!!

The biggest job was replacing my whole electric box. The most memorable was connecting my Ring doorbell. Honestly if we had a more up to date doorbell I could have done it myself - but figuring out where the transformer was turned out to be impossible for me.

I made an appointment with this company for 11am today, which I had confirmed the day before. No one contacted me or showed up for the appointment, so I had called to see what had happened, they had explained that my appointment was lost. I scheduled another for later in the day and when no one showed up for that one I called to see what happened. The owner himself Mr. Wilson happened to answer and explained to me that they were helping people all over the metroplex due to the recent snow storm and that I would just have to wait. I explained my frustration with the original appointment and received no apology, just more explanations about how they are busy and how long he has been in the business. I explained that I needed them to inspect the sewer line of a house that I was intending on buying and that time was a factor and that his team was knowledgeable of my situation from earlier in the week. I was told Well if the sewer line was a concern to you, you probably shouldn't buy the house anyways. The service they were hired for was to inspect the sewer line so that my realtor and I could make that decision. NOT HIM!
We waited even longer for someone to come and when they got there the camera to inspect the sewer line didn't even work. His crew was polite and apologetic, and I imagine do great work normally. Mr. Wilson himself was rude, and condescending. Since he felt the need to give me his unsolicited advice, here's a little for him: don't be condescending to your customers when you can't even book appointments correctly.

We have used Wilson Home Services twice now; both have been amazing experiences. We feel like we are really being taken care of by someone who cares about their work and our homes well-being. I called at 9AM the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and they had someone onsite at noon same day to fix my clogged sink. Brandon M. was very professional and even gave me some plumbing tips! I would recommend them to anyone and while I hope to not need their services again, but if I do, they will be my first call.

Had our AC system checked out by Brandon with Wilson Home Services. Excellent service and explained our system to me in easy-to-understand detail, which I appreciated. Showed me the easy ways I can do to keep the system running efficiently and to the best of its capabilities. Thankfully our AC system was running well and the unit was in great shape, but he thoroughly inspected and cleaned it so we are running at 100%. I was happy to buy into the Wilson maintenance plan, given this was my 2nd great experience with a Wilson employee. Highly recommend their services and honesty in working with customers.

I called Wilson Home Services on a Saturday as I was not able to finish installing my water heater on my own. The receptionist that answered my call was very nice and polite. She let me know a technician will contact me back with availability and time. I received a call within 30 mins from Chad, the plumbing technician. Chad was very professional and straightforward. He advise me his available time and the cost. Remind you this is on a Saturday morning, this business was available to help me and charge a reasonable price. He even contacted me letting me know he was on his way and also show up on time. When on site he even put on ”shoe covers” so he doesn't track dirt onto my floor. He evaluated the situation and provided a written statement/cost to let me know exactly what is being done and the final cost, A+ professional. His craftsmanship was very good, also provided me with helpful info to maintain the water heater. I highly recommend this business and Chad for your plumbing needs!

We had a leak in the kitchen on a Saturday, so we called Wilson Home Services based on the recommendation of a family member. They scheduled a time for the appointment and arrived right on time. The plumber, Brandon Lowe, was extremely helpful and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and was very willing to answer any questions we had. He offered to wait until the water mitigation service arrived to explain the situation to them in person. He even gave us his personal cell number in case we had questions after he left.

We've used several plumbing services before, but this experience was by far the best!

Wilson plumbing got here fast as promised, they did a great job, the water heater units they quoted us were out of stock but they upgraded the units and still charged us what they quoted. Showed up early but called to make sure it was okay to come in. Jose was very nice and check out everything from my thermostat wires to the attic and the Havoc then took all the info and called the manager before giving us a quote. A bit pricey but hey that quality. Ran new thermostat wires which I really needed and made sure my Nest thermostat was up and running before I left. We chose Wilson Home Services to buy and install 2 hot water heaters. We hired them on Tuesday, based on reviews we read and the quote given to us. Osvaldo and Jared came out Thursday morning to do the job. They were prompt, hard-working and friendly. They took extra care of our floors by laying down coverings, and picked up all debris before they left. They took care in both removing the old water heaters and installing the new ones. One of the water heaters is in the attic and that took extra effort. Another company wanted to charge more because of it being in the attic, but Wilson did not. The men were efficient and knowledgeable, and they worked until the job was done with only a small break. We will be calling Wilson Home Services for any future needs.

I have chosen this company after reading reviews on Home Advisors. My water heather had expired warranty, so instead to replace expensive part I decided to purchase new one. I am very pleased that Wilson Home Services did all work so smoothly from picking up water heather from Home Depot where I purchased, replacing and taking away old one. Their professionals did excellent job for a very good price. Plus I got senior citizen discount.

I highly recommend Wilson Home Service. After moving into a new home We had an ongoing plumbing issue. Multiple companies came charging fees and not resolving the issue.
Wilson came diagnosed the issue, explained the issue and provided a reasonable quote. I hired them and it was finallly fixed properly.

They stand by their work. Happy to have used Wilson’s -reliable and trustworthy! It’s not easy to find this in companies.

I am SO glad that I hired this company to install my new air conditioner and heating system. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Let me tell you why:

I have an old house. The central heating and air had been shoe-horned into a crawl space behind a 2nd floor bedroom. I had been limping the old system along for years, adding R-22 in greater and greater quantities every year, trying to avoid the inevitable. This year it quit for good just 2 days before Memorial Day weekend. I was horrified. I knew what a nightmare the installation was likely to be. I read review after review, looking for a company that would do a first class job under difficult circumstances without breaking the bank. Wilson Home Services came out, took pictures of the old unit jammed into the 2nd floor crawl space and gave me a quote that was much better than I expected under the circumstances. Further, they told me that they could get it installed almost immediately, the Friday before Memorial Day. Between the price and the delivery date I took a chance and gave them the go-ahead.

They showed up as promised at 9:00 AM. The job was extremely difficult, but that crew worked like crazy all day and well into the night, dismantling the old unit, pulling it piece by piece out of that tiny space and getting the new one into place. At one point Luke even offered to pay for our hotel, as there was no way we could return that night with the crew still working! (AS we were staying with friends, I thanked him and declined.) That crew stayed until 2:30 AM to finish that job the Friday before Memorial Day! They not only replaced the furnace and A/C, but noticed the beat up condition of the copper tubing and plenums and replaced those as well at no extra charge! To summarize my experience with Wilson Home Services, this is a company that promises a lot and delivers even more. And despite the obstacles, they REFUSED to give up and go home until the job was done and done better and more completely than I expected. We returned the very next morning to find the home cooled down to a lovely 72 degrees, a 10 year warranty on the A/C, a 20 year warranty on the furnace and a 2 year labor/workmanship warranty on the installation and entire system.

I would recommend this company to anyone!

Update on 8/10/20 - These guys continue to exceed expectations. My thermostat began losing power (screen going black) intermittently. I called Wilson and thought I was going to have to replace it. Justin came out, determined that it was the drain pipe backing up and killing power to the unit, blew out the pipes (a bunch of white sludge came out) and - when I told him that I had had problems in the past with losing refrigerant - checked the pressure in the system and verified that I am NOT losing refrigerant. Cost for the service? $0.00 This is one of the few Maintenance Plans that actually does MORE than I expected!

Once again, I cannot recommend this company enough. When my neighbor's AC went out, I recommended Wilson, he went with them and has had the same type of experience as me.

Wilson Home Services did an excellent job replacing my outside A/C unit back in May 2018. It's a year later and I've not had any issues. Their technicians (Jaimie/Dan) quickly diagnosed the issue, recommended a solution that helped minimize my cost, performed a quality install leaving no mess behind and I was up and running in about a day. Their service even included them coming back later in the year to perform Spring and Fall system checks. Prompt, professional and excellent workmanship best describes this company.

Have been working at home due to current conditions and noticed it was getting warm in the house. Went out to check the air conditioning unit and saw a block of ice on the piping going to the unit. The technician, Chad, was very punctual, explained things in detail and put in a brand new Rheem 50 gallon professional series electric water heater in our house within 2 1/2 hours.

I called this company at the referral from a friend after another company said our heater needs to be replaced it needed 1k+ part to get running but that would lead to other problems. That was Saturday... no heat. Called Wilson's and Dan came out and had heater on in less than 5 minutes! I will always call this company going forward!

I will call Wilson again next time I need plumbing service. Adam figured out how to disconnect my solar water heater on his own. Although the manufacturer said they'd help walk him through the process, they did not reply to attempts to contact them. Adam was knowledgeable, patient, professional, helpful and very courteous. His timing was perfect, since he was here when my washing machine repair guy was here without a long Roto-Rooter to unclog the drain. So Adam unattached my solar water heater AND unclogged my washing machine drain. Thank you, Adam.

I rarely go out of my way to call owners and thank them for the service I was provided, but I felt I had to for the overall quality of the service I received. Honest pricing and honest service. I would give 10 stars if I could. They are a great company that is honest and transparent. Their technicians, especially Vincent (Vinny), are very knowledgeable and are more than willing to explain to you what is going on every step of the way. You don't feel in the dark like I have in the past dealing with HVAC companies. They did such a great job and their customer service was so great we ended up enrolling in their maintenance program right after they fixed our AC. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

Edited for reply - The person who gave us the quote and asked us to call him directly is NOT the person the dispatcher said would be handling the install. Review also mentions two missed appointments. So was he bit twice on two separate days or are you a heartless company that expected the same employee to show up to work for the second appointment while dealing with a family emergency? So your excuse or the dispatcher one is dishonest (after already posting what dishonest people work at this company). So by all means, pardon ME for the honest review..

Where e reviews come from? Friends/paid?? Called and they showed up for a quote on two projects. Called and told them they got the bid and scheduled appointment to come back out. Day of, they were a no show. WE called and got an oh , something came up and we forgot to call. Gave benefit of doubt and rescheduled. Second appointment comes and no show again. Call office and they have no clue about anything... ANYTHING... Got song and dance first time about just one electrician. If that is the case, why did the guy who came and gave quote give us his personal number to do the job? Dishonest/clueless company AND employees.

Victor Borbolla came out today to do a check up on our air conditioner. He was extremely thorough. He was very professional, helpful, and thoughtful. He made sure everything was working to peak perfection. He even took the time to help me set up the schedule on our thermostat.

A great experience from the Office to the service technicians! Wilson Home Services works very hard to come at a time which is good for me, not just them! They also call when they are on their way to your home (or business) which allows me to get other things done. I can't say enough nice things about this company and the services they provide.

This is by far the worst company I've ever interacted with. They didn't show up for the appointment that they set--despite even calling to confirm the appointment with us the day before--and then set up another appointment five hours later. The kicker is that they were 2.5 hours late to the second appointment, and the camera (for which the entire appointment was for) didn't even work. The owner of the company didn't even apologize and instead attempted to explain why the appointment shouldn't have been kept because of how busy they are. The only thing I'm thankful for in this whole experience is that I didn't have to give them any money because I hope they never make another cent.

Woke up to a broken furnace which also caused my AC to not work. Contacted Wilson online and had word back within 30 mins and they offered to have someone out same day. Jose was the tech they sent. He was honest and friendly and had the issue diagnosed quickly. They did not try to upsell the repair or fix/replace unnecessary items. My only complaint was the parts and labor were a little on the higher side for the actual work done. Otherwise I feel they addressed my issues accurately and honestly. I plan to use them in the future.

This is a terrific company. They installed a new air conditioner and furnance for us. Tony Mendes was our initial contact and the project manager. These guys really know their stuff, especially the electrician and HVAC technician who inspected our residential HVAC system. They could pinpoint problems in the original installation, where corners were cut without informing or asking me, such as re-use of smaller R22 refrigerant lines that reduced system performance and life expectancy.

Wilson Home Services was great, I had plumbing problems for years. Repairs made by other plumbers were not done correctly and made my plumbing issues worse. My water heater was failing and Victor and his team reacted immediately and got out the next day and got a new one put in. It was done in no time and they were great. I highly recommend Wilson Home Services. They have replaced my water heater, replaced outside faucet, fixed the gas mechanism on my fireplace, and replaced the water shut off valve in the bathroom. They are prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely call them again.

The compressor of my original AC unit went out earlier this year before it got hot. I decided to check it in the early spring. The folks at Wilson Home Services jumped on the problem. They are a great group of guys and gals that were concerned about great customer service throughout the entire process of installing the outdoor portion of the unit.

Although we were trying to go through Lowes-Lone Star we waited 10 days and could not get the hot water heater installed. They were going to wait till Mon making it 13 day without hot water. We called up Wilson and they came out on Friday and installed it. We should have gone with them in the 1st place and could of had it sooner. The techs-Jonathan and didn't get the other mans name, but both were very polite and professional and now we have hot water.

They replaced my ELECTRIC Tankless Water Heater and did a wonderful job. Did a great job at a fair price and that's all I want from any service company. I will be calling them back to install a pressure valve as my water pressure is too high and will cause problems. Never tried to upsell me either which was a relief!

The time first was when we had a problem with our outside fireplace where the gas lighter was not working and Brandon Lowe repaired it within 15 minutes. the Second was when one of our 50 gallon hot water heaters quit working and I called Wilson Home Services again but I insisted that Brandon Lowe be the technician to come to our home and Bradley installed a new Tankless Hot Water Heater like a pro. Wilson Home Services sent a tech out promptly. He diagnosed the problem in less than an hour. My indoor fan motor in my AC unit was bad. They ordered a new motor and installed it the next morning. I am very pleased with the service.

Recently with the cold temps weve had our front outside spigot froze and broke. Needless to say when it thawed water was spraying everywhere. My hot water was replaced by two very knowledgeable young men. They removed the old unit and installed our new electric water heater. They finished up the job by removing the old unit and completely policed the floor, picking up and discarding any trash they caused. Plus, they went over the complete operation of it. Exemplary service!...I woke up this morning at 6:15 to find no water coming from any of the hot water faucets in the house. So I immediately went to the Home Advisor site in search of plumbers near me, and Wilson Home Services (WHS) was suggested.

I had been asked by the Home Advisor site if my situation was an emergency (as in a major leak), and I answered no, so I was given several time-frames for tomorrow to schedule an appt. with WHS. At 7:30 I received a phone call from Jennifer who very kindly said We can have someone out today if you wish, Carole. I told her that would be wonderful. So, she told me someone would be here sometime between 10 and 11 today. At 10:30, Adam rang the doorbell...and the rest is history.

I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable, courteous and kind Adam was. Although the water heater had begun to release water by the time he arrived, he recommended that it be replaced soon, as it was already 14 years old. As my sister and I are elderly and living on fixed incomes, we now know to try and budget for a new water heater in the near future. In the meantime, we asked Adam if he wouldn't mind looking at our disposal while he was here, as it had been leaking for the past two weeks (so we hadn't been using it.) He looked at it and said it needed to be replaced, too, and that he could take care of it right now if we wished. As we had already budgeted for a new disposal, we said That would be great! And, Voila! We now have a working disposal!

We definitely will be using Wilson Home Services for all our plumbing needs in the future, including the new water heater we'll be needing in the next few months. Adam mentioned that they also do Electrical and HVAC, too, so they'll also be the first ones we call for any of those needs.

We had a tech come out for an estimate and ended up scheduling an appointment for them to do the work. The tech was very friendly and professional.

The two technicians who serviced my house were very professional. They explained the recommendated repairs and the cost first, then promptly completed the repairs. My one issue with using the company was with the scheduling and communication. I was told they would arrive between 9:30-10:30am, but by 11:00am no one had arrived or called. After a few phone calls, I was told they were 10-15 minutes away; however, it was 30 minutes before one arrived and the other was over an hour later. At one point I talked to the person who had scheduled my time and he admitted that he’d entered an 11:00-12:00 arrival window instead of what he told me. My impression of his tone was “oops” and not an appreciation of wasting my time. Fortunately the technicians’ professionalism left my overall experience as a positive one.

My tech was Mariano. Communication was good and tech showed up when they said they would be there. They were able to answer all questions and complete tasks. I would recommend them based on my experience.

No show, no call. I called them to find out why and they said they don’t preform the service we were getting a quote to do. The don’t give quotes over the phone either. What a waste of my time. They are listed on the good contracts list as well so I thought they would be better. What a disappointment.

Had a new garbage disposal installed in October '21, have had a couple issues with it since and each time, Wilson sent some one out the next day and resolved the issue under warranty.

Texas weather tends to be a bit warm in june....especaly when the ac goes out.
