I recently needed to put in a new water heater. They put in the new water heat precisely to code and while they were working on it, they noticed water on the floor that wasn't from the water heater.
They identified it as a slab leak. They fixed the slab leak.
When the inspector came the next day to check their work, I was on the phone. I pointed him to where he could check the water heater and the slab repair. Within a minute he was walking back and gave me a smile and a thumbs up!

It was a Saturday afternoon when finishing up the laundry that everything backed up. Both toilets, the bathtubs and the showers. A real mess. We called Berkeys and they were able to get out within a few hours. Now, everything works fine. The rep even cleaned out the tubs for us. He said he didn't want to leave it with all of the stuff that had come out of the drain. Thanks again Berkeys and your great service people.

I contacted J Rowe as they were the company that installed the unit almost 2 years ago. They got me scheduled the next morning and Phil and Don came out and quickly diagnosed the issue as a failing pilot light igniter switch and were able to source the part in a timely manner and got the water back up and running very quickly. Pricing was fair and I would definitely recommend this company. I appreciate the fast turn around on this repair because cold showers aren’t much fun. ;)
