Great company

Love having Patrick come out to do work. He wired my dishwasher for and I appreciated his work so much I hired him to do a car charger install. Purchased the charger through him, so any possible warranty work could be completed through him as well. Him and his workers are always professional, on-time, and do quality work. Lots of good communication leading up the scheduled date and time for work, so I know what's going on with procuring materials. Also made sure I understood the process for the work they were doing while they were doing it. Will continue doing business with him as much as I can get away with.

Amazing Customer Service!

After calling multiple electricians in the Benbrook/Fw area none of them responding or answering Mike at Panther City Electric was able to come out right away. He upgraded the breaker box at my house and was very intelligent and work was amazing. The previous electrician cut corners and Mike certainly did not. TopTech Electric did a great job! Their tech did not charge us extra when we had a faulty light fixture and I had to go back to Lowe's to get a replacement even though it was time out of his day. He did a while home inspection in the meantime and we will be using TopTech Electric when it comes time to make the recommended repairs. Thank you!

Electrical work is expensive, which is why it's important to get what you pay for. What I pay for is a responsive company that actually answers the phone or returns your call; a company that It shows up on time, is knowledgeable, exercises caution and care in my home, and meets or exceeds my expectations with the quality of work that is done. I think Harter Electric fits the bill on all these accounts. I had recessed lighting put in, and I'll use Harter on my next recessed lighting job, too. It was very refreshing to have them not only do what they said they'd do, but also do it well. Great company.

I called to speak to an employee named Justin Allen who helped me once before but when I called another time suddenly he no longer worked there until I can up to the Benbrook/Fort Worth office where he did in fact work. Poor people and communication skills.
