Best Generator Repair in Fort Worth TX

I called them to fix one issue and then created another issue and now want me to pay for it. Worst company and unethical practice.

Cross Electric was a FANTASTIC company to work with. They were able to show up a day early due to a customer cancellation in their schedule. The Service Tech Mr. Day, I believe his first name is Aaron was very polite and personable as well as knowledgeable. We had 2 new outlets and carriage lights installed in/on our garage. We had gotten estimates from other Electricians for this job that were astronomical. Cross Electric was extremely fair on their pricing and was able to complete the install SAME DAY! Which looks incredible by the way. If anyone is looking to have any kind of electrical work done please give Cross Electric a call. They do business exactly the way I like to do business and will use them again in the future. Thanks to everyone at Cross Electric for helping is finish a project a long time in the making.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THR PLAGUE. The so called owner will not do any work of you do not have a manual and say it is not his responsibility to research the issue. Very unprofessional.

Update:
Even after contacting the BBB which they're apart of, they still did not try to fix the issue. I ended up canceling and found another guy to fixed it in 10mins and said there was never any need for a manual. The owner just doesn't know what he's doing. Save yourself the headache and look else where for electricians.

very unhappy the bill did not match what they said it was at all they charged me over 200 dollars more. very shady i will not use them again I paid my bill and did right on my end regardless I can not say the same for this company. as for the people that came and did the work they did a very good job and where pretty cool to talk with.

The technician was courteous and professional and explained what he was doing in a way that I could understand. Would definitely recommend to others needing electrical service!

I would have given a 5 star rating, except for the terrible communication over the price. I had 2 ceiling fans that I purchased to be installed on my covered patio. I explained the outlet and lighting situation and was quoted a price of $500 to $700. On July 28, Thursday, after the electrician decided how he wanted to do the job, he said this was a bigger job than his boss thought. They worked a few hours and left. The next day, Friday, July 29, the electrician said his boss was coming to look at the job. His boss told me it would be more money and I said okay, how much more? He said he didn't know until the electrician finished. After the electrician finished at 2:25 PM on Friday. I asked how much and was ready to write the check, but he said I don't know. At this point, I am very unhappy. On Monday, I called to ask about the price and was told again, I don't know the price. The gentleman said there was no one to ask. At this point, I told him about how I didn't ask for the way they put it in and was not told it was going to be more until it was halfway done. The work is very good, but the electrician did more than I needed by putting it on a switch. He said he understood. On Saturday, August 6, I received a bill for $1,037.43. I am not happy with this and don't believe it is a fair price. It is in my opinion that it should not be more $200 more.
