We are extremely pleased with the work and service. The electrician was scheduled for the following day. David listened to our needs, gave a thorough assessment, and provided knowledgeable recommendations. He was friendly, helpful, and very skilled. He did the work, cleaned up any debris, and made sure everything was completed the way we wanted before he left. We have recommended him to our friends and will ask for him in the future for any electrical work.

I hired a nearby electrician to install light fixtures around the home for me. I truly liked how swift and effective he was with his job. Additionally, he did an excellent job installing every light fixture I had in mind.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THR PLAGUE. The so called owner will not do any work of you do not have a manual and say it is not his responsibility to research the issue. Very unprofessional.

Update:
Even after contacting the BBB which they're apart of, they still did not try to fix the issue. I ended up canceling and found another guy to fixed it in 10mins and said there was never any need for a manual. The owner just doesn't know what he's doing. Save yourself the headache and look else where for electricians.

Love having Patrick come out to do work. He wired my dishwasher for and I appreciated his work so much I hired him to do a car charger install. Purchased the charger through him, so any possible warranty work could be completed through him as well. Him and his workers are always professional, on-time, and do quality work. Lots of good communication leading up the scheduled date and time for work, so I know what's going on with procuring materials. Also made sure I understood the process for the work they were doing while they were doing it. Will continue doing business with him as much as I can get away with.

I would have given a 5 star rating, except for the terrible communication over the price. I had 2 ceiling fans that I purchased to be installed on my covered patio. I explained the outlet and lighting situation and was quoted a price of $500 to $700. On July 28, Thursday, after the electrician decided how he wanted to do the job, he said this was a bigger job than his boss thought. They worked a few hours and left. The next day, Friday, July 29, the electrician said his boss was coming to look at the job. His boss told me it would be more money and I said okay, how much more? He said he didn't know until the electrician finished. After the electrician finished at 2:25 PM on Friday. I asked how much and was ready to write the check, but he said I don't know. At this point, I am very unhappy. On Monday, I called to ask about the price and was told again, I don't know the price. The gentleman said there was no one to ask. At this point, I told him about how I didn't ask for the way they put it in and was not told it was going to be more until it was halfway done. The work is very good, but the electrician did more than I needed by putting it on a switch. He said he understood. On Saturday, August 6, I received a bill for $1,037.43. I am not happy with this and don't believe it is a fair price. It is in my opinion that it should not be more $200 more.
