Best Electrical System in Fort Worth TX

David and Carlos came out and they were absolutely amazing. Super nice and very professional and got everything diagnosed and fixed within a very reasonable amount of time. They were good with my dogs ( that's a big deal to me ) and said they were ok with them and I didn't have to keep them outside. Also customer service got them here in about 20 minutes of me calling which I understand that doesn't always happen but he was in the area. But needless to say I will have them back to fix a few other things in the next few months. Thank you guys so much.

I needed a wire run 80 ft underground to my well. It was an urgent appointment and they came out right away and fixed the problem! Would hire again!!

From the moment the tech arrived for an estimate and repair, it was clear he did not want to be here. He made excuse after excuse for not wanting to do the work for either item I had asked for. I gave solutions for his excuses, and he made up more of them. I know others have had good experiences with this company, but I did not. The communications from the company were great, which is why I gave more than one star, but here I am having solved neither issue I called about and having to start over with another electrician, or do it myself.

I hired the electrician to restore power in my house after we experienced a terrible power outage. It took him a couple of days, but he got it done well and I couldn't be happier with his work.

Would definitely call Cross Electric again for any more electrical repairs. They were friendly, helpful, and responsive. But most importantly, for a semi-complicated repair, they did so with a smile.

Did not used their service. But they do need better phone skills. We got stuck behind their truck in the Express Lane while they were going 65mph (the express is 75mph). Thought, well I'll call and ask if they can have their truck speed up or take the next exit. So I called, and explained just that. And the man who answered the phone replied Lady, why do you care how fast my truck is going?! and it went down hill from there. So I said thanks for your time, and hung up. Hope their electric skills are better than that.

Had my power go out on a weekend technician was out within the hour and helped me turn it back on friendly service highly reccomend

Ken Hartless responded to our call to come and repair electrical damage done to our home by a lightning strike. Ken is very thorough, and did an excellent job repairing our home's electrical system. I recommend him with the highest level of confidence in his work. We have been very pleased with the job that was done on our home.

I hate to even give a star if there was a negative 100 I would have given that. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company. The people that work for him are liars and rude. I never ever write reviews but this company deserves a negative review. They put a whole in my roof without telling me and only put roofing tar to cover the whole. They put a whole in my master bedroom when all I wanted was 7 cameras to be installed instead of 2 wholes. They broke my camera cord and told me to purchase a new one myself and take it off of my cost to them. I wouldn't take a chance at using them for my electricity especially when you find out one of the guys spent time in jail and is now installing my security cameras. HONESTY goes a long ways and THEY ARE LIARS!!!!!!! I did get a reduced fee, but I would have gotten more if I knew I had a whole in my roof, but the honesty person I am I wanted them to have their money. They did fix the roof, but not prepared came with only my shingle and no tar paper to cover the whole. The co-owner emailed me and I responded back saying I wasn't satisfied and I have been waiting for months so I decided since he isn't trying to fix the problem so I would let people know to AVOID so they don't have the same issues. Needless to say I still have one more camera I need up but to scared to use anyone. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Love this company. Called early in the morning cause power went out on Side of house. The guy contacted me back and told me what I should do first and send a pic of my breaker box. Turns out I did something wrong on my end. Would recommend them to anyone unlike greedy other places they actually care about you.
