Best Electrical System in Fort Worth TX

The City of Fort Worth had new meters and all new gas lines run in our house. We were very lucky to have Sanders Plumbing do the work. They were knowledgeable and kept us up to date on all the work. They finished on time when they said they would. Very respectful group. I will use them again the next time I paying for it!

I was referred to Service Company by a trustworthy friend and they were able to come out the next day. I them to come out and repair a leaky outdoor spigot. Clint showed up and not only did incredible work, but was so kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumping needs.

Tech called 10 minutes before arriving. Gave a quick estimate and time frame and did the job same day.

Came early, located the problem very quickly and repaired it professionally. Also repair a leaky outdoor faucet while he was here and it works beautifully now. Fast a professional and prices were reasonable too. Would highly recommend

STAY AWAY from this family business. I called and spoke to a very rude lady who answered the phone. I asked for the owner to call me back and never received a call back. They are a crook!

Been using this company for years and the men are always very professional and friendly, they will talk you through what they need to do, I would recommend to everyone I know, infact I need business cards to hand out their that good.

The tech, Eddie, was fantastic! He showed up promptly and performed the work extremely efficiently. I had him rewiring some electrical switches and installing dimmers. I was telling him how bright my can lights were in the main living areas and he gave me some great information about them, and he also went around to 10 of them to make some quick changes for me! I really appreciated his suggestions on what I could improve in the future. In no way was he a salesman, he honestly just gave me some really good advice and did not push a thing! I’d definitely recommend Eddie and Enoch!! Prices were competitive and I would use them again in the future for any of my electrical/water/HVAC/roofing needs! Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!

Mars is amazing. I have called on them from a flood emergency to regular service and then a move out service. The flood emergency was probably the worst because my landlord sent his guy. That person messed up my carpet so bad. I had Mars come in and not only get the rest of the flood out but also fix the damage to my carpet. Mars also helped me get my carpets ready for when i brought my son home from the hospital. They were understanding in The situation that my kid couldn't get sick or he would spend days to weeks in The hospital. As soon as they heard, they scheduled a cleaning so that when I brought him home, it would be safe. The products they use were safe for my son. They also did a move out for me. Mars left my house clean for me to get my deposit back. They did such a great job. The people that have come over have always been respectful and caring. As soon as I found Mars, I haven't let any company into my house.

Michael did exceptional work on several electrical projects around the house. I would recommend Tioga and will call them again if needed.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
