I am very happy with the work Darryl did to repair my faucet. He was knowledgeable about all my plumbing questions and concerns. He took the time to do the job right and I have confidence I won't have this problem again.

I am always skeptical when someone new comes in to my home and there are many expensive , complicated jobs to be done. However, when Isaiah introduced himself and knew immediately what the problem was,,It put me at ease! He did the huge job with perfect attention to detail and knowledge , I was so impressed with his honesty and confidence and just politeness!! He followed through on every point he said he would. Our technician was on time, professional, explained what he would be doing, was Covid conscious and after the service he reviewed everything with me on the checklist and showed me the pics he took. I was very happy that they cleaned up nicely before leaving.

Our water heater went out suddenly making a mess. We called Applewood Plumbing and they had someone in route within an hour. The technician Brian N. came out and explained everything to us and gave us the available options. It was too late in the day to replace the hot water heater, but he was back out by 8:30 the next morning and removed the old heater and installed the new one in just 2.5 hours. The new heater now has a tray underneath it that drains to the floor drain and a water alarm installed in the tray to warn if there is a leak. Brian was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and did the job quickly and efficiently. Overall an excellent experience with Applewood Plumbing and with Brian. I would be comfortable recommending them to anyone I know.

He walked into a complex plumbing snafu, and was able to quickly and accurately triage the situation, make thoughtful expert recommendations for next steps, and ensure that all work needed was completed expeditiously by going above and beyond to coordinate services and timing. John’s explanation of the issues present, the cost and suggested order of operations was clear, concise and easy to understand.Kim and Andrew were also amazing to work with. Between kids, the house and work, I don’t have any free time, so having the comprehensive and professional attention to my plumbing circumstance was infinitely helpful. I am thrilled to be taking a hot shower with a working faucet again!
