Preston did an amazing job and went above and beyond to ensure my system was functioning properly and to its best efficiency. He wore booties upon entering the house, informed me of all his actions and kept me apprised of what was wrong and how he fixed it. He worked quickly to get the tools and equipment he required to fix the problems I was having, Got back to the home and worked swiftly to get in and out without any issues. He set a timer on my system to not interfere daily life and I couldn’t be happier with the results of the new system in the house. My new water softener system is out the way and to code. Met Korey W. at The WireNut booth at a home show where we scheduled a Furnace check for our home. Korey did a thorough inspection from the thermostat to the smallest internal parts of the furnace (something two other companies failed to do). With his great knowledge and experience, he helped us understand the ins and outs of the system, what parts were not performing to the recommended specs, and gave us an option on whether we wanted him to replace the parts and fix things on the spot or not. He did a side by side performance check with the old and new part so that we could see the difference ourselves. Korey went over and beyond in ensuring we got the best use out of our furnace, with the aim of prolonging the lifespan of the system. With the performance of this young man, this is a company we would recommend to anyone.

Aaark Total Home Services was called for no heat. The 15 year old furnace would have needed $1200 in repairs with no guarantees as to what may break next or when. The furnace was replaced, the 15 year old water heater was replaced preemptively and a new humidifier was put on the unit. A big project that Aaark Total Home Services managed expertly. They had five trucks to the house to get everything done in a day. They took excellent care of the house with runners and clean shoes/boots, and care to not hit anything when hauling old and new equipment. I would highly recommend Aaark for all your home care needs. We have an old blower motor in an old condo that had some electrical issues. I called 5 different HVAC companies (3 of which came out to visit over a period of 10 days) and Frank was the only guy in the whole city that would even touch my unit after seeing it. He diagnosed & fixed the issue quickly & confidently and our AC is working good as new. I cannot recommend him enough!

I initially got in touch with Top Shelf because a different company had broken my water heater during a routine intake outtake pipe repair. The company claimed I needed a new heater entirely. Marshall came over and was very responsive to my questions, said that they might be right and I would need a new water heater, but that he'd look into it. After a half an hour or so he had the issue fixed: the previous company had installed a one way valve on the pipe going the wrong direction and so he just took that out and, viola, fixed.

I liked so much of how Marshall worked, I have just completed an HVAC installation with another of Top Shelf's technicians: Jason and his brother Johan. Despite having some setbacks with getting the metal ducting into our basement that weren't his fault, Jason stayed at our house until 8:30pm to make sure we had heat that night. Johan helped with all things electrical and I gather came over to help things done in a speedy matter given the install was done during a snowstorm. Both were extremely professional and easy to talk to. We're now sitting comfortably with a new HVAC and humidifier.

Blue Sky came to my home today to fix what I assessed to be a problem with my thermostat connecting properly with the furnace. I was told I needed to replace the induce Draft Blower assembly at the cost of $539.75 , have a visual heat exchanger inspection w/blower pulling for $223.13 I said denied though services knowing the estimates were extremely high. I then had the technician leave and my cost for him to come out and NOT get my heat back on was $148.75. I had a DJ Enterprises come out and they found after process of elimination that my control panel needed replacing and NOT the above items. Total bill and my heat and thermostat are working $310.00! These reviews are all the same because Blue Sky is gouging folks with pricing. THE MANAGER CALLED ME AFTER I POSTED THIS WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY COMMENDABLE AND SHOWED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE WAS VERY KIND AND WANTED TO KNOW ALL ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE TO BETTER SERVICE IN THE FUTURE AND IS GIVING ME A COMPLETE CREDIT ON THE SERVICE CALL!

Greg came out and gave us great service. He did a furnace check and was very thorough and even made a suggestion for a different furnace filter because the system we have wasn’t efficient. He was prompt and I will request Greg every time!
