We had need of extensive main panel replacement to handle finishing the basement and also running 110/240 to a greenhouse, and had heard good things about ElectriCall. We interviewed Nigel and had him do the work and we were very impressed with his knowledge and quality of work. He showed up when he said he would be there (kind of a rarity these days....) and stayed until the job was properly completed. We will certainly use him again if we have any needs.

Absolute Electric performed an electrical panel replacement to prepare our home for sale. Shortly after, our home went under contract. During the inspection process, we learned that several code violations occurred during the installation: incorrect breakers were installed, neutral and ground wires were connected to the same lug, and neutral wires were double tapped. We were absolutely humiliated and devastated. We paid twice what other electricians had quoted us because Absolute Electric claimed customer satisfaction guaranteed and seemed to be incredibly competent and professional. We are completely devastated to be so taken advantage of and now had to repair the work that we had only recently performed. Absolute Electric did do the repairs, but offered no other remedy other than a less than 0.5% discount/refund on what we paid to have the panel replaced as a resolution. The amount of stress this whole scenario has caused goes so far beyond a .5% discount. Knowing that we paid double what other electricians charge in the area for less than superior work is a devastating loss.To simplify: we paid DOUBLE what other electricians charge to replace a panel in the area (we received multiple quotes and our neighbors are currently replacing theirs at literally half the cost) and still had several code violations that impeded our ability to safely sell our home. We thought we were paying for top quality services and clearly we were wrong.I would just go with another electrical company--save yourself the stress, frustration, humiliation, and money!

I had Sundog replace an electrical panel in my apartment several years ago and the did a fantastic job. We recently moved and they came out to install new lights for us and were prompt, professional and gave us great advice on why the lights we ordered from Etsy were not fire safe. They suggested an alternative and a date when they would be able to come back to finish. I have nothing but good things to say. We appreciated their open communication and problem solving. I would 100% recommend Brian's crew to anyone needing any electrical work done.

Hannah was the electrician who provided the service I needed, which was to turn on the fan to my radon mitigation system. Hannah was professional, intelligent and went above and beyond to ensure the fan was turned on and my mitigation system was working before she left. She event took a call with the radon mitigation installer to ensure her work was complete. Finally, the pricing was very fair and came in lower than other electric companies I spoke to. I would highly recommend JM Electric for your electrical needs!

Installed our hot tub electric. Very responsive when calling with questions. Gave us a window on when he would arrive and was spot. Incredibly nice to work with. Gave us lots of pointers in other electric projects we have. Highly recommend this company and Justin specifically. Very happy with everything will definitely use him in the future.

My electrical panel was old and full from a remodeling and new sub panels added but the main panel was never updated. They suggested we get a entire new panel which made it much easier and safer for future updates. They also installed a Tesla charger for our new car. They did a great job and we’re wonderful to work with. I would gladly use them in the future.
