The technician was very friendly, professional, and patient. He even came to the house twice in one day to help figure out the problem. We had a boiler failure that turned out to be a very complex job. We were lucky enough to get Alan Snyman, who is by far the most informed, passionate and driven technician one could hope for. Alan went above and beyond identifying all possible issues for our obscure model of tankless water heater / boiler and explained very step of the process, issues and next steps as it became clear that our issue was more complex than we had anticipated. In the end, Alan was able to repair our system over the course of two days at a price that we felt was very fair given the issues he encountered and the time he spend resolving them. Alan clearly values the customer relationship above all else and we will not use anyone but him for boiler work in the future.

Golden West was great! I called first thing in the morning and was lucky enough to get a tech out within two hours. Our tech, Ben, was great! Our drain wasn’t draining properly and it was due to roots in our piping. He was very knowledgeable, explained the issues, cut out the roots and flushed the system. He also provided a visual inspection of our pipes to show they were draining and walked me through what he did to complete the work. This is the second time we have used Golden West and we have been very happy with the services provided by this company. - Also because we are in a pandemic I feel it’s important to note that they followed health safety guidelines.
