Starting with the initial visit by Roberto and going over the needs for HVAC replacement with him, and then the incredibly professional work done by Gordon, Steve and Cody, this was the best experience I’ve ever had hiring any type of contractor. This includes the experience with their central offices coordinating and dispatching. They are simply awesome and a class act. Very happy with the outcome, and I had received already various competing proposals. In terms of product, performance, and price, I highly recommend them.

Hot bakery on a hot day! Nothing more important than the AC. Our “usual” vendor, as always was booked out. I googled and found Absolute and I can’t be more happy! Doctor Fix it was helpful as they were able to schedule the next day and get things completed quickly. We had our AC, furnace and Water Heater replaced by them. However, after city inspection we needed more work done and had ongoing issues.Additionally, the woman that does scheduling/answers phones is very rude. I believe her name is Jamie. Her customer service skills are lacking and she always has to have the last word. She made me feel very dismissed and inferior when trying to ask questions, clarify and schedule. We won’t use Doctor Fix It again because of her.

Isaiah came to my house quickly to address a backed up sewer line. He was extremely personable and professional, and soon had the problem fixed. After fixing the immediate issue, he recommended some further maintenance that could help the back up from reappearing. This company and their representatives have been great to deal with, and I highly recommend.

A rep came out to give us a quote for a tankless water heater. He was thorough, examining the house to make sure he was making the correct assumptions about what work would need to be done.
