Best Plumbing Fixture Installation in Denver CO

I used Heart Heating and Cooling, Plumbing & Electric for a gas leak detection and repair. Darryl is AWESOME! He was incredibly thorough in his assessment and methodical in his approach to fix. I had multiple quotes from other companies and their proposed service and resolution did not even come close to the detail and solution that Darryl provided. One company told me they would have to tear through 3 levels of walls! Darryl worked very hard to pinpoint the issue in order to reduce unnecessary damage and cost. He worked quickly and wanted to ensure we were confident that the issue was resolved once he was complete. The Heart team was incredibly responsive and kind. We will be using them again!

I've been trying to find a reliable, honest, capable handyman for the past eight years and have had some awful experiences. In fact, for this single girl, it's been a nightmare not knowing who I can trust, and I was beginning to think it would be easier to just find a husband! Sonny came over yesterday and fixed my swamp cooler, a spigot that's been spewing forever, hung a heavy mirror, helped me repair an antique dresser that was coming apart and secured my gutters, all the while offering very helpful advice on other home-repair problems I have. The guy seems to know how to do everything, and he works fast. He's very conscientious about doing quality work, and I was impressed that he tried to save me money on materials. The best thing is that, unlike a husband, he'll go home afterwards! Not only am I calling him again, I'm referring him to three of my girlfriends who are in the same situation.

The service technician that came out was great. No problem's there. Very friendly and knowledgeable. But the price quote was ridiculous. It was going to be approximately a $700/hr labor rate. Not including parts which are max $500. Moving hot and cold water, and a gas line approximately 10ft. Adding drain to main sewer line. All accessible in a crawl space. (A clean, lined one. not that that should make a price difference, just saying) No dry wall work needed or any clean up really. Said it would take 4hrs. Again, the tech was great. Not trying to bash him. He was going off of what looked like menu pricingthat the company provides. But the price was crazy.

Jeremy gave me a detailed explanation of how to maintain my 25 y.o. system and what was necessary for today. Great work, excellent information, and fantastic knowledge. Another great experience with Applewood!
