Our furnace went out at 2 am.Was told told the company was booked til Monday and it’s Friday. Wasn’t to happy about that but we need heat since the weather was going to be cold so we paid for the emergency fee $199. Forrest Came over when he said he would, found the problem right away and fixed it. Great guy and our new pup liked him. I’ll be using you guys from now on. Going to need a new heater in the next couple of years.

They are also very honest about whether they're the best option - in one case, they recommended we get our AC system serviced by a certified dealer since it was still under warranty and it saved us thousands.
