This company is awesome! I called with a small gas leak connected to my water heater and they were so quick to respond and fix the situation! The price was totally reasonable and Pete was very helpful. I appreciate their fast response so much!

I was in a panic when I went downstairs to find my basement flooded. My water heater had burst. Called Prime based on their incredible reviews and was not disappointed. The plumber showed up waded through the water and found the shutoff to my house. He was able to help me coordinate the water clean up and then returned next day to replace my water heater. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

All I can say is WOW. We had two emergency leaks and are leaving for a week-long vacation at the end of the week. I called 9 plumbing services today and only TCF was able to fit me in. Thomas, the owner, was at my house within an hour and went straight to work replacing my 19-year-old hot water heater and replacing a hose bib that burst and was leaking outside. He stayed late into the evening to make sure the work was done well. I can’t recommend TCF enough! You will not be disappointed!

We had our 50 year old Burnham cast iron boiler and gas water heater replaced with a new 210 kBTU Burnham boiler and 50 gallon Heat-flo indirect-fired water heater. The outstanding service began with two visits by Micheal, the knowledgable and personable representative, who sat with us for hours winnowing down the numerous choices and options. We live at 7,650 feet in elevation, so reliability as well as cost and quality were huge concerns for us.They scheduled the installation around both our needs and the weather...and completed the task in one day.On the day of the installation, an outstanding team of Floyd, Dan, Austin, Juan and Senad did an amazing job. I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

We got four estimates for repairing a leak under the kitchen sink and investigating a problem with our downstairs shower. The Flow-Rite folks were the most knowledgable, lowest price, and sorted out problems that our contractor failed several times at.

We've used Spartan for every plumbing problem we've had in our home and they are always knowledgeable, professional, on time, and have the best prices.
Recently we had two problems that Spartan fixed very quickly for a very reasonable price. Our water heater broke (gas valve) and then we found a cracked pipe going through the concrete floor in our utility room.
Jeremiah gave us clear options for ways to fix the water heater (replace the part or the whole water heater with prices and good advice for why we could pick either option) and information on how much the jackhammering into the floor and replacing the pipe and concrete would cost. Those estimates did not change when they completed the work.
For the cracked pipe they completed the jackhammering/digging out and replacing the concrete once the pipe was fixed themselves which saved us having another person doing it. And they did not remove drywall as another plumber said they would have to do, so they saved us the hassle of finding someone to fix the concrete and replacing parts of a wall.
I truly cannot speak highly enough of Spartan for the quality or pricing of their work and I thank them for keeping our utility room from flooding and giving us back our hot water.

Alfonso provided the service, and he was very professional, courteous, on time, and knowledgeable. Cost was less than what I expected, and the job was done quickly and well.

Our toilet backed up, and we needed a plumber to unclog it. We called IPC at about 2:00 on a Thursday afternoon, and they showed up at 3:30 and had the clog cleared in about 10 minutes. Great service!
