I had all sorts of plumbing issues and in addition my heat was on the fritz. I reached out to Heart based on a recommendation from Nextdoor. I could not be more pleased. Great service all through the process. I have to give a shout out to Mitch and Jeremy, the technicians who came out to the house. They both are very personable, conscientious and customer focused. This is the second time I’ve used this business for electrical work and they will be my go-to contact for any electrical needs in the future. Steven Pacheco was the electrician today and he quickly identified and repaired a wiring problem that had knocked out all of our basement. And Rachel, the scheduler, is great!

Julian did a great job! Showed up at time schedule. Got the furnace checkup done in a timely manner and told me everything was working great.

I had Sonny put in two baseboard heaters. He did a great job with installing them. He also did a great job recommending the least expensive options, picking up the right materials and sticking to our schedule.

We purchased a Bradley White gas water heater from Applewood Plumbing 7.5 years ago. The water heater went out last night and we called Applewood this morning and learned that we has a 100% 10 year parts and labor warranty. They dispatched a plumber (Tony Loewen) to replace it. Tony arrived within two hours of my original call and quickly and professionally replaced the unit. Tony was very professional and got us back in business within in less than 90 minutes including removal of the old unit. Tony was very pleasant and left the space cleaner than he found it! There was no charge for any of this and we now have a brand new hot water heater!

Brendan Franklin was my service tech today, and if you have a boiler system, he is your man! Not only did he perform the various repairs timely and cleaned up after himself, he took the time to ensure the system was performing correctly and educated me on where to shut things off it needed so that I can still have some functionality without making a bad situation worse. This company has sent nothing but pros to my house, and Brendan well represents them while also having the best interest of the customer in mind. They are fully aware that if you don't feel taken care of, that you won't be calling back.
