They do answer the phone and get someone to your house faster than most others. We had some issues along the way, but in the end it all worked out and it was good to see them stand behind their word. If you need a permit on your project, make them show you the permit before you let them start working and all should end well.

The Tech Brandon was great. He came out for our emergency and got us up and running quickly. We set up a follow up appointment for later in the week. Then Brandon called the next day to make sure everything was still good, and he checked in another day to make sure we were still good. We will definitely use them again.

Scott and Drake performed a gas repair on my finished basement. They were minimally invasive and cleaned up after themselves very well. I must say, not only was their work top touch, their attitude was as well. Both Scott and Drake communicated well with not only myself, but with each other. It was an evening repair job and they both had great attitudes which really goes a long way during such a stressful homeowner issue and difficult repair job. I would highly recommend Brothers, and my hat is off to Scott and Drake for safely and properly repairing my gas line.

Anthony and Gilberto just left my house after a heck of a day at the house I recently purchased. With the nice weather, we got out the hose to do some yard maintenance; only to find (about 30-45 minutes late)r - water GUSHING from the ceiling in the basement.I found Golden West from fellow reviewers like you and they arrived 2 hours later. Anthony and Gilberto were very professional and checked out all the scenarios. They suggested that I immediately get a restoration company on call to deal with all of the water damage. In fact, Anthony called himself and had someone on their way immediately. While the Mystery Leak had us all stumped for a bit, Anthony and Gilberto quickly worked to discover the cause of the issue: the pipe had burst and was draining through the walls and ceiling. They were good about explaining the causes and remediation plan. Meanwhile, the Restoration Company (FloodPros) had arrived ... and my disaster of a day was quickly being put back together by great professionals.Golden West's services, were incredibly friendly, professional, fast, and detailed. They remedied the situation to prevent further damage and taught me how to winterize going forward.
