I came back from vacation to a flooded crawl space. My water main had disconnected and was pouring water for days. I was able to shut it off that night, and then Heart helped me with the rest. Lewis Jones was my plumber and did a fantastic job. He walked me though each step of the process, put me in contact with a great damage restoration company, and repaired everything. I would be happy to work with Lewis again!

Absolute Electric performed an electrical panel replacement to prepare our home for sale. Shortly after, our home went under contract. During the inspection process, we learned that several code violations occurred during the installation: incorrect breakers were installed, neutral and ground wires were connected to the same lug, and neutral wires were double tapped. We were absolutely humiliated and devastated. We paid twice what other electricians had quoted us because Absolute Electric claimed customer satisfaction guaranteed and seemed to be incredibly competent and professional. We are completely devastated to be so taken advantage of and now had to repair the work that we had only recently performed. Absolute Electric did do the repairs, but offered no other remedy other than a less than 0.5% discount/refund on what we paid to have the panel replaced as a resolution. The amount of stress this whole scenario has caused goes so far beyond a .5% discount. Knowing that we paid double what other electricians charge in the area for less than superior work is a devastating loss.To simplify: we paid DOUBLE what other electricians charge to replace a panel in the area (we received multiple quotes and our neighbors are currently replacing theirs at literally half the cost) and still had several code violations that impeded our ability to safely sell our home. We thought we were paying for top quality services and clearly we were wrong.I would just go with another electrical company--save yourself the stress, frustration, humiliation, and money!

I had a partial drain blockage in the basement which was depositing food and grease onto the floor, and I just so happened to see a Doctor Fix-It van in my neighborhood, so I took a chance and called them. After I made an appointment, they emailed me a picture of the person who would be showing up to do the work, called me about half an hour before David arrived, and called after he was done to make sure everything had gone well. David was professional but candid, answered all my questions, considerate of my house (put down plenty of drop cloths to spare the carpet), cleaned up the area when he was done (which really was a foul-smelling mess!), and finished ahead of schedule. What can I say? - this seems like a great outfit and I was pleased with the work they did.

William was simply AMAZING!! Super professional, friendly and communicative!! I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of me financially and was super respectful!! I will use Applewood over and over again because of him! Thank you!!

May not be the best if you're buying property and trying to get estimates on new installs. They aren't willing to meet with you until you own the property, even if you have access and plan to have the work done after you posses the house. Lady was pretty blunt and rude about it. Seems like a missed opportunity for larger projects. I guess they are a maintenance kind of company who wants to put you on one of those subscription service plans.

We've had Andy out a couple times now and each time he has been honest, clear and exceptionally capable. He lays out the options, telling us what needs fixing as well as ways to avoid problems in the future without pressuring or talking over our heads. In addition, he tries to save us money where he can and points out the jobs we might conceivably do ourselves. Plumbing is the kind of service where it's important to trust your provider, because many of the decisions rely on rarified information and judgement calls. I trust the employees of Golden West to give me the straight story and to do the kind of work that will last. It is a great relief to have that kind of confidence and a load off my mind. I would recommend them 100%
