I scheduled an appointment for a service person to come out and do a minor job. The earliest available was two weeks out. When the day arrived the electrician did not bother to call or show up. I called and spoke to the owner. He said that the individual who scheduled the appointment had said that he thought that he rescheduled. Wrong! The best that the owner would do was an offer for me to call the person who scheduled the appointment and confer with him. I cancelled. The owner apologized. I expected more professionalism at that juncture instead an option for me to get back in touch with the individual who neglected to show or call.

Had a terrific experience! Lee responds to communications quickly, very courteous, fast and efficient. I deal with residential vendors all the time and AMP a cut above. Definitely a top notch company, far superior service to what I have been experiencing and we do plan to use them again and again.

Freddie of Legacy Electric is an artist of replacing electrical service panels. He took a lot of care straightening out the wires from the conduit and bending and wrapping each connection inside the panel so compactly and neat. He has a good personality as well and never acted bothered by our questions. He took the time in every instance to interrupt his train of thought and take care of our education of ignorant to a little bit more educated. James the Master Electrician was very fair in his pricing and keeping us informed of what he could take care of on the project and what needed to be scheduled for a future date.

I hired him to put a 240v in my garage for an electric vehicle. He came out for a quick quote, and got me on the schedule a few days later. He was fairly priced and I wouod definitely recommend him to my friends

I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Darryl was great to work with! We've had a leak from our shower that needed to be fixed He communicated with me throughout the entire process and was willing to explain what was happening. I've had negative experiences in the past with other contractors where I felt taken advantage of or spoken down to, but Darryl was understanding and helped me feel comfortable making decisions about the work that needed to be done. I'll definitely be reaching back out if we need anything else!

These guys added a new dedicated circuit for a treadmill. They were great, timely, did the work as described and on budget.

I called today at 12PM, 04/27/2018 for this company to fix the switch in the bathroom because it wouldn't turn on. The technician, Benjamin, was present with someone else were looking to solve the problem, however they didn't have the equipment present with them. Benjamin sent the other person with him to get the equipment (multi meter), this was taking a very long time, and I, the owner was present as this was all happening. They asked me if I knew where the breaker box was, and I said yes and told me to turn it off. Benjamin quickly reconnected some wires and the other person was still in the van and wasn't helping. Then Benjamin told me to turn the breaker box on again, and then some buzzing noises occurred and eventually, an explosion. I was yelling at Benjamin that an explosion had occurred, however, he didn't hear me, resulting in me having to go back to the bathroom to tell him. He went to open the breaker box and saw that some of the cables were broken. I believe this was due to an overcharge of electricity. I wanted to leave it at that, however, Benjamin was telling me that due to what had happened now it would be a 6-8 hour job. The problem was in the breaker box, but the box didn't have broken wires. There then was a second electricity spark that happened inside the house that the tenant saw. Immediately after the technicians left, I contacted their office and I explained what had happened, and they said they were going to try to find a solution for me. They were trying to find someone close that would come. They had said they would call me, and I never got a call back. I called twice and customer service waited with me on the line and said they would talk to the manager. I waited on the line for 5 minutes and the representative said she would call me back in 30 minutes. She called me back to tell me that Benjamin did a correct job and there was no need to call anyone, but if I wanted a second opinion they were going to charge me $260 more. The problem is Benjamin overheated the breaker box when it hadn't had broken wires prior to him being there to fix it. I called their office number once more so I could get the bill and a receipt to get information over the work they had done, and I still haven't received anything. My big concern about all this is that I rent that house, i don't live there, and Benjamin just put something temporary on the breaker box and I'm afraid that something bad will happen due to him having made the problem worse. Very unimpressed with this service.

Kenneth Foust, owner of Electrical Solutions is a liar and a coward in the way he conducts business.
I would encourage anyone needing the help of an electrician, or an honest person to look elsewhere.
