Tipping Hat installed a complete new HVAC system in our home. They provided great service from the time they set up the appointment to quote, to providing a quote with no hidden costs. The installation by the team was accomplished with no problems. They laid down coverings over the floor and were very careful to not hit any walls or doors. Their installation is very professional an clean looking. The installation crew cleaned the area prior to leaving. They also explained what they had done and and how to maintain the system between maintenance visits. They ensured that all systems were working properly prior to leaving the job. Great experience with Golden West all around. The phone was answered promptly when I called. The rep was polite and friendly and answered all of my questions patiently. Chris VanMeter arrived in the window and I was given a call to confirm. The guys explained the process, gave me an estimate to repair or replace, and got to work. About 30 minutes later my swamp cooler was working and I was educated. Thanks again for the great service.

This father & son team are great. When my hot water heater was broken; water all over the floor around 10pm, I called multiple plumbing services that stated 24/7 but no responsiveness and availability. Just before giving up I saw Simpson Home Services and called and Charlie answered right away and even FaceTime me to help me shut off the water valve. God lead me to this great service, they came in the snow storm November 26th and replaced my hot water heater and even talked to my home warranty people. Charlie even cleaned up the water on the floor. I will use them again and will recommend the to all my nursing team. Thanks again, you all are great!
