Ian Polman was the service tech that came to my house to repair my ac unit. Ian was polite and professional. Ian was very straight forward in his repair and relaying the information to me. He even took the time to teach and inform me with good tips for a first time home owner on all HVAC related items in my home.

I have had a terrible experience with WireNut. It's hard to believe how I've been treated, and won't ever call them again for anything.

Quoted me $550 for what is a maybe a 30 minute job...Yesterday I replaced a claw foot tub faucet & overflow and couldn’t get the bathcock, which is a 90 degree pipe on the back, to quit leaking. I called yesterday and scheduled them come out this morning expecting to pay $150-$200 just because professional service calls are always costly.Today, the tech arrived on time and was kind and polite but clarified they charge $550 flat, whether it’s a new construction installation in the wall, or an easy install like a claw foot bath tub which is literally connecting a set of 3 pipes because what you’re buying “is the peace of mind”, the warranty that it won’t leak.This is my first time as a customer and they could’ve made money off me in the future as I have upcoming hvac and electrical needs but $550 for this fix is absolutely unacceptable and in my opinion a very bad showcasing of how to do business and how to attract customers.

The first contact to schedule an appointment was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. Our technician John Logan was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about our situation. He went above and beyond to make sure our plumbing was fixed the way it should be. I would recommend him/Applewood to everyone (friends and family) without hesitation or pause.

Top Shelf did a great job on updating the electrical in my garage. They were very professional, great communicators, offered a good price, and were very adaptable to my time needs and changes. Definitely will use them again.

So, I called yesterday after hours, left a vm and Tia called me back. She was very pleasant and professional and even better was able to commit to sending a tech out today. Joshua Sims was the Drain Tech sent to my home. He was very courteous, efficient and showed up on time! I got a great price and there was NO hard up-selling like lots of businesses do.
