Anthony M. Drove all the way from Denver to my home in south Colorado Springs at 5pm to look at an emergency gas leak. He was able to find all the parts and fix the gas leak from both the furnace and water heater in the fastest time I'd ever even conceive possible. Larger than life personality, funny, made us feel comfortable, explained everything in layman's terms and really made us feel like he valued his honor and workmanship over just getting the job done. Anthony was a breathe of fresh air from these other companies we contacted that had 3 month wait times, one even insulted me, but not this company. Heart blew us away, even gave us a military discount! They send you constant updates via text and even a picture of your technician. Honestly don't waste your time going to these other companies, heart is efficient, fast, and professional and will do it right the first time. So thankful, and the cheapest quoted price from all the companies we contacted!

Joshua Krajcovic did a great job installing a replacement humidifier. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. He displayed exceptional knowledge and attention to detail. He showed what service should be to the customer.

I had sonny come out and rescreen a old door from the fifties. He did a great Job was very hospitable. I'd have him come out any time!

My husband called Brothers to get our laundry room drain looked at. Conner showed up on time and did an amazing job. He talked my husband through everything he was doing, and told him what to do to improve our drain problem to keep us from having problems in the future. He was polite and worked fast. We would recommend them, and will be using them again in the future if we ever need them.

Quoted me $550 for what is a maybe a 30 minute job...Yesterday I replaced a claw foot tub faucet & overflow and couldn’t get the bathcock, which is a 90 degree pipe on the back, to quit leaking. I called yesterday and scheduled them come out this morning expecting to pay $150-$200 just because professional service calls are always costly.Today, the tech arrived on time and was kind and polite but clarified they charge $550 flat, whether it’s a new construction installation in the wall, or an easy install like a claw foot bath tub which is literally connecting a set of 3 pipes because what you’re buying “is the peace of mind”, the warranty that it won’t leak.This is my first time as a customer and they could’ve made money off me in the future as I have upcoming hvac and electrical needs but $550 for this fix is absolutely unacceptable and in my opinion a very bad showcasing of how to do business and how to attract customers.

Heater was intermittently working -Not Working, Due to Artic Freeze Company was Delayed getting to us but keep us informed and worked to get their Tech to as quickly as possible. Tech John arrived and was very Professional, he found the problem and had us warm and snug in less than a half hour. I give John E 10 out of 5 Stars, and I give Applewood Company 5 stars. I will be working with Applewood Plumbing Heating and Electric again in the future.

An INCREDIBLY efficient and responsible company. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Top Shelf. We had a massive job that needed to be done with a complete rip-out and re-install of our Furnace. They also installed AC and upgraded our Electrical Panel. Financing was really easy and helpful and the entire process was painless. They're like a well-oiled machine and all the work was done incredibly quickly. I would highly-recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work (or any work) done.

Technician was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, communicated the problem and solution options well, and made the repair in a timely manner.

I am giving a 3 star review instead of a 1, because the technicians were polite. Other than that, stay away unless you want to pay a premium. Scheduled a tech to clean a main line same day as call. Because the tech ran into an issue and rescheduled for after hours, I was charged more. Tech even acknowledged that you pay a premium price because of overhead of the company. I was offered a small discount..... if I paid for a membership with them. Quote for main line replacement with same warranty and same materials was double of 3 out of 4 other companies I called. I asked for a copy of the video they made of my main line, and I am still waiting on that for over a week now. Very happy I went with someone else. I will NOT be calling this company to touch anything in my house again.
