Sonny is a great handyman that knows what he is doing; does it with great skill and does it on time! He tackled some difficult plaster patching after we had water damaged walls in a flooded basement. He also did the necessary painting with excellent mess -free results. After the interior work was done so well, we asked him to patch holes in a soffit and trim outside. Same result! Nicely finished work that looked like the original soffit and trim. What more could we ask?????
We will have no hesitation having Sonny do our repairs in the future. As well, we will recommend him without hesitation to our friends and family.

We used Doctor Fix It to replace a water heater 7 years ago. Recently, while selling our home, the inspector found an issue with the water heater. Dr Fix it rep replaced the problem portion and serviced the water heater. He was very professional and informative. I strongly recommend Dr Fix it based on our experince.

They charged 340$ (380$ originally) for less than 2 hours of labor and zero dollars in parts, this was to clean a shower valve and an input line to a hot water heater. Charges were based on a flat rate of 190$ per item for these things. I'll add that they replaced the shower valve very recently but only warrantee anything for 30 days, yes thirty you read that right.The tech was nice enough, but the suits can all go eat a giant dumpster full of poo; I'll not be calling them again.They did; however, have a customer retention rep call and give $40 off an hour later. I can't be disingenuous and not give them the small amount of credit due for this bit.The worst part was that the 20-something-year-old tech for the company is definitely not making any significant portion of the 190$ per hour... wait no sorry, i mean service... they charged me despite him being on site for less than two hours.

Used Tipping Hat to replace furnace. Michael was great to work with. Very responsive (which is hard to find often these days). He came before and after the install to make sure everything was done correctly.

Anthony was very friendly and informative and fixed our initial problem even though it was more than he bargained for. When he was done he went out of his way to fix a minor drainage issue with our dishwasher. We were more than pleased with his customer service.
