Joseph R., Cole and Tyler were the dream team! They went above & beyond hanging our chandelier. We have very tall ceilings and they put down drop clothes, put together Scaffolding & communicated every detail. Highly recommend this company because of their professionalism.

Absolute Electrical Heating was recommended to me by High Five Plumbing and now I have two EXCELLENT companies to work with. Steve, Jake, and Dax were fabulous. I had dimmer switches installed and over 25 cannister fixtures were replaced. They also fixed the breaker box that had several hot spots and untangled the wiring. KNOWLEDGABLE, EFFICIENT, CAREFUL, CLEAN, FRIENDLY --- everything one wants when service folks come into your home! Great experience with Dr. Fix-It. Their technician Shane was very competent and friendly. I had a terrible experience with a plumbing problem this summer with a different company (starts with an A- I was way over-charged.). When we had problems getting heat, we stalled because we wanted to find someone we could trust. We decided to try Dr. Fix-It. I was thinking ... well their reviews are better than that OTHER place. But I was still worried. No need - Dr. Fix-It is Fantastic! It was very reasonable and we feel great about being able to count on them in the future! Across multiple properties, Frank is the best HVAC technician i've worked with. He is prompt, polite, knows his craft, charges a fair price, and takes the time to educate you on what he's working on. He's helped me twice on one property in West Highland. Showed up the same day I called, and one time even turned down payment because the fix was so quick. I wish more contractors were like Frank!

Called to get a blade rotation of my sewer to clean out some roots, based on a sewer scope inspection I had already gotten. Was told that I could not get an estimate until somebody came out. Nico showed up and tried to upsell me on a $2k+ cleaning, using scare tactics to tell me that there was a buildup of body fat (whatever that is) and additionally that I should obviously be very concerned since the previous seller of the home got that inspection done. (I had gotten it done myself prior to buying). He then tried to charge me $700+ for a simple sewer cleaning. When I refused, he tried to charge me a dispatch fee. I refused that too, and he left.Golden West's dispatcher apologized and rescheduled me with a new plumber, promising to make things right. That person never showed up.
