Called on a Sunday to replace a leaking 40gal water heater that was part of a 2-heater setup. They scheduled a tech to come out by 2pm the next day. Blaine Stinchcomb arrived on schedule and after a review of my setup for the dual 40's that were replaced once already about 17 years ago, and my interest in replacing both of them again we decided to go with one 75gal tank. Blaine reworked all the plumbing with new copper and valves and installed the new heater that day. He also disconnected and bridged a water softener that was in need of repair that my wife wanted to get rid of and hauled it off for me with the old water heaters. He was pleasant, professional, and did an excellent job. They are not the least expensive for the work that was done but great service is worth something too.

I made arrangements to have these guys come out and take a look at our wiring and give us an estimate on what it would take to do (I waited 3 weeks for the appointment just to have them come take a look). He gave me a ballpark verbally and then, his name being Jeff, said he would be sending me a formal estimate and their scheduling person would be in touch. I called and did a follow up with them 2 weeks after they said they'd be sending me estimates/scheduling arrangements, and got a so sorry, we've been busy I'll try to get this over to you today.. that was nearly two weeks ago. I sent an inquiry through the website as a final hey, giving you every opportunity here kind of thing as I am just sick and tired of contractors wasting my time for appointments that they do not follow up on, and still nada. So here you go guys, the review you deserve.

Working with Matt and his crew is always a pleasure. I have used them a couple of times with always great results. Very nice guy and always wants to clarify what actually needs to be fixed. Even told me that nothing needed to be done, when he could have easily charged for more work. Highly recommend.

They were able to come out a couple days before they were scheduled to, but I had to stick with our scheduled time.

They completed all the work, setting up an electrical system for a hot tub, in one day. They put in a new breaker box out near the hot tub, and set up the 220. They made sure everything passed the cities inspection and was 100% finished prior to collecting the 2nd half of the payment. That made me feel very comfortable working with the.

I also signed up for the maintenance package for the furnace and water heater too.

They are more expensive than most, but they use top of the line products, have a good track record, and back their work. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Dutch Creek redid my electrical panel (upgraded to 200 amp). They also installed a 220 v line for an air conditioning unit. Dependable--showed up on time both days. Professional--were very respectful of our home and kept their work areas clean. Proficient--very knowledgeable (made improvements where they could). We appreciated their work and have decided to make them our go to guys for all future electrical work.
