The Electrician Jeremy was on time. Wore his shoe booties without being asked. He trouble shot all the plugs with issues. Replaced a broken outlet and reset 3 others and discovered that the blow dryer was the culprit to most of the oulets needing to be reset. We want Mr. Jeremy Jackson to be the one who comes back, if we ever need anything again. I am so happy to leave a review for the Company. My appointment was scheduled for the 1-3 pm block of time. And I was so please that Brian C. showed up 15 mins early! And with a smile on his face, he is a clean cut professional electrician that diagnosed the issues we have going on with our Breaker box and outlets. He explained what was happening with the breakers tripping and explained why one of the wall sockets had melted. Our home is an older home and was wired with too many outlets drawing power at one time. So, he gave approximately 4 solutions that would fix the problem. Zack showed up on time, placed shoe coverings on prior to entering house, and was professional throughout his service. In addition, Kodiak also came to camera the line after the sewer cleaning. They explained their performance on the line, recommended maintenance procedures for the future, and cleaned up after themselves to ensure the area looks as it did before the work. All was done in about an hour. We would definitely use their services again.

Casey did a great job working on and installing our new electrical box. He helped us name all the electrical switches and fixed outlets that weren't working right. Also, Omar did a great job helping with the new electrical box, humidifier, furnace and air conditioner. Golden West technician came to my home to diagnose my steam heater that was not working. I called them because they could get to me before my regular plumber that always works on my system. I was pretty sure all I needed was a new thermocouple. Technician told me that yes, I needed a new thermocouple and another part that feeds gas to the thermocouple. He quoted me almost $5000 for the two parts and the labor! The thermocouple alone was quoted at over $1000! He also suggested that I get a seasonal check on my system that would be another charge. I knew that a thermocouple was an easy fix. I also have been told by numerous plumbers that a seasonal check that you do on steam heat systems is unnecessary. If it does not start up in the fall, call and they will fix whatever needs to be fixed. It is a fairly simple system. I paid him the fee for the consult which was $89 and told him no thanks. My usual plumber came out 3 days later and fixed the problem for $172. He replaced the thermocouple as I knew to be the cause. I wish I had my $89 back. Do not use this company. I had to choose 1 star. If I could I would give them 0 stars.
