Edit Mar 30, 2021: so we were continuing to have issues with our old boiler and decided to go ahead and install a high efficiency combi boiler to replace our 30 year old boiler and our existing water heater. Tre, Lewis and Luke were amazing to work with — it took them four days but they were extremely professional, took time to take our questions and even took time to talk to our toddler. While the cost to install such a system was high, I can see that these guys take zero shortcuts — literally none, they do such a high quality level of work and it shows. Can’t be happier and would recommend this company in a heart(beat). Customer service goes a long way!Original review: Great customer service. Called on a Sunday, and they were out first this on a Monday morning (today!). Trey was extremely professional, courteous and took his time to explain to me what was going on with our water boiler heating system. He provided multiple options to considering, ranging from fixing the issue at hand (replacing the boiler actuator valve), to more comprehensive repairs and upgrades that were possible. At no point did I feel like he was pressuring me into doing something I didn't need - he was just providing me with the full spectrum. We ended just replacing the actuator valve and got my system back in running in no time.

Very professional and responsive to problems encounter in the installation of 2 pendent lights in a stairwell to replace existing can lights. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any electrical work accomplished.

They have consistently delivered excellent, professional service from many different team members, and are always our go-to!

Matt and Todd helped me set up my new Sauna and they were great to work with. Super responsive and genuinely good people. I screwed up my heater after they installed it and they were quick to come back and help fix it (even though it was 100% my fault)....and they didn't even charge for their time even though they spent a decent amount of time trying to fix it. GOOD PEOPLE!! I highly recommend these guys and will continue to use them for any electrical needs I have going forward.

Great experience, these guys knew EV chargers extremely well and talked through all of our options since we had 2 cars to consider. Our installation went really well and looked great. Only downside is sometimes they are tough to get a hold of by phone.

I had a terrible experience with the new owner of this company. The old owner was a great man and did fantastic work. The new owner is unethical and dishonest in her business practices and dealings, and also in the quality of work that she delivers for a premium price. When hiring these types of people, we are putting ourselves at the mercy of their expertise. I myself am a novice about anything electrical. Please don't trust these people to do the job that you need to get done. They did my entire job incorrectly and charged an astronomical price. The new owner doesn't take pride in the quality of her work, and her prices are double what the other companies are charging. Do your research, get quotes from other people. Save yourselves the headache and the money.

Piper Electric is extremely professional including estimating by Werner, scheduling and follow-up and expert electrician skills of their onsite electrician Chris. My project was also disrupted by supply chain issues and Micah kept me updated on when the required components would arrive so they could schedule the final steps and the inspection by Lakewood. Yesterday we had a 5-Star Experience with Chad from Evergreen Mountain Electric. It can be hard to find contractors who will call you back. Chad was communicative, on time, and he did an excellent job installing a bathroom vanity light for us. He worked with precision and cleaned up after himself. When he left, the area was spotless. His prices were really fair. He even stuck around and did some extra small projects that he was not originally scheduled for. He took the time to do the job right. And he was just a super nice guy. I highly recommend Evergreen Mountain Electric.

My house was built in the 1940’s and can not handle the electrical needs currently. This company came in and was professional and very time efficient. I spoke to the owner and he was professional and transparent regarding the repair and upgrades needed. Services were completed in the time frame quoted and the quoted price was accurate. I will be returning for all future electrical services and repairs. I highly recommend to anyone who needs honest, good, quality work.
