I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Justin also consulted me how to better maintain this plumbing myself in the future to avoid needing to call a plumber again. They even showed up a day early than originally scheduled. So that was appreciated as well.I can see why Brother's Plumbing is so highly rated.

After a small schedule ing hiccup, which the receptionist was excellent at resolving, dalton came and repaired my Minisplit. He was attentive, communicated great and answered all of our questions. He was respectful of us and the space and even wiped all the finger prints off the unit when finished. The trip fee covered the cost for his time. I will use this company again in the future and would highly recommend them!

A+ service! I called frank because my ac condenser wasn’t working and he came over same day. It took him five minutes to see that it required a very easy solution and was a total gentleman. Would hire again!

Despite having one truck down because of accident and one truck down because of a theft, they were able to come out the day after I called for a repair. The repair was done professionally and expertly by and apparently well trained technician. The price seemed fair and reasonable, although AC repair is never cheap.

Absolute rip off. These guys bill like they are neuro surgeons and all they are in overpaid electricians. Are you kidding me that it supposedly took FORTY MINUTES for 2 electricians to find a fuse in the box that had tripped???? They didnt even replaced it, they just flipped the switch and billed 40 minutes. I tried these guys based on good reviews. I sure wish I hadn't and I'd be 250 dollars richer if I hadn't.

These guys are great, fairly priced, and actually have integrity. Taylor actually did my work and not only was the work done well, he had a great attitude and was easy to work with. Highly recommend this company.

I had a Top Shelf Tech come to my house to work on my heater/water heater. I had a problem afterwards. Top Shelf Customer Service called me and they fixed my problem right away. They were very professional and courteous to me. A very upstanding company!
I would definitely use them again if and when we have heating, plumbing, or electrical issues!

Dustin and Ben were out this week. Dustin cleared my main sewer line. He was great, very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. He informed me of everything he was doing and recommended having the camera exam of the line to see what was happening with the roots. He called from my home to arrange an appointment for this service. When I decided on Sunday, Dustin was able to tell me that Ben would be coming and was a trusted and knowledgeable person on this area.Ben came today and he was great also. He showed me my line and we discussed future problems with roots and possible resolutions. He also gave me an estimate for replacing the rest of the line as a permanent solution. It’s very expensive and I’m not in a position to do it now but will need to at some point. I’m now educated so can start saving and making plans for full replacement.You have a great company with excellent customer service and I appreciate it greatly.Thank you,Jeanne

Jay was great to work with. He came over, after hours, to access our problem so he could get ahead of it for the next day. Everyone at Tipping Hat was professional, friendly and understood our sense of urgency. We will use them again.

We live up in ID Springs, and have had 2 great experiences- our place was re-piped with water pressure valve installed, which has worked awesome, and then our furnace was serviced when it stopped working one very cold and snowy day. Extremely grateful to Jake for coming out to clean up our furnace and give solid advice about its future!
