I’m a real estate agent and trust Heart with all of my clients. I also use them for repairs and service at my own home. My most recent experience was with Darryl, who fixed a couple of leaks in my sinks and repaired a toilet. He completed the job very quickly and did an awesome job. I’ve dealt with a lot of different companies. Heart stands above the rest. They’re easy to schedule, always on time, knowledgeable and extremely professional.

Seneca was on time, polite, and knowledgeable about what electric work I needed done. Some of my kitchen outlets were water damaged and upon further inspection the circuits were not up to code. He provided me with multiple options and recommendations and came back the next week to get everything taken care of. It was a really easy process.

I called Colorado State Patrol on one of your driver's for your vans this evening as they were either drunk, stoned, or distracted driving down south bound i25 today. They almost side swiped and rear ended every car around them. That person should be fired and in jail for putting people's lives at risk. Whoever it was got off on the Wilcox exit. I hope you figure out who that was and fire them and report them to police. Me and everyone else driving around him is lucky to be home with their families tonight.

Tech was unable to reconnect a fan wire on the compressor and instead could only offer a completely new system for between $11K and $19K. This is the 2nd time that I have experienced this exact result with Brothers, and twice have had a 2nd agency come out and complete the repair without having to buy a whole new system. Very disappointing. In response to the note below from the owner (approximately 6 days ago.) I have not heard from the company.
