Jeremy was very professional but also super nice and friendly. He went out of his way to find multiple pipe breaks and suggest cost-effective repairs as well as install a propane line. I would not hesitate to use this individual or the company [Heart] for any future plumbing or HVAC needs. They go out of their way to notify you of who is coming, when, and even what they look like! Super service, hard workers, wore masks for our safety and did an exceptional job!

Quick and Easy

Bobby was on time and kind to me. My unit is only two years old and I was pretty upset about the whole situation. He went and got the part and fixed my furnace and was really lovely to deal with all around.

The sub-zero temps revealed a corroded drain pipe under our kitchen sink. Dr. FIX-IT got me an appointment right away - and it wasn't a 2 or 4-hour window - they gave me an exact time! Love that! Paul G. arrived a few minutes early & took care of the problem quickly. His expertise & diligence prevented this from becoming a much larger repair. He also replaced some other parts that were damaged, & gave me some great advice on our plumbing and heating. I will highly recommend him and this company. Thank you for the prompt, excellent work!

Two thumbs way up for the AAARK crew. Came home from a long road trip to two (of two) misbehaving toilets, plus a broken air conditioning system. Nick and Matt were there lickety-split. They fixed everything properly and well, gave me a fair price, cleaned up after themselves, and were friendly, knowledgable, and just super-cool to work with. I give them my highest possible recommendation.

Want to say thank you and to give kudos to Uli Alfaro and Ely for their great care in installing a new furnace/ water heater in my mom's house. Uli's response to the install was quick and yet took the time that everything would be perfectly in place and it met my mom's high standard of satisfaction. They were both so friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable in answering the many questions we kept asking about the install and the equipment.

I really cannot say enough positive about my experience with AAA today. Greg came through to help us when no one else could. He was kind, empathetic, helpful, knowledgeable and clearly an expert. Seth was great he was early and worked quickly to resolve our drain issue. He was thorough making sure all clogs were removed. And communicated well with what he would do and what he did.

Brandon came out today, first time on site.He was knowledgeable, professional and explained a path of least reaistance to effectively troubleshoot my issue. It was as simple as a sensor and quickly identified, replaced old fittings and tested our boilers filling needs and shut off valve communications to garunteee the smooth operation of it after he left.Thank you Brandon & Golden West!
