I have used The Wirenut on three previous occasions at my business. Today I had them help me with an electrical problem at home. Scheduling was easy and they accommodated my schedule. The tech arrived 10 minutes early. He was pleasant, personable and efficient. He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and had the repairs done in fifteen. They gave me excellent service as always.

My doorbell chime died and was buzzing nonstop. Art Garcia walked me through the steps to safely disconnect one of the wires and tape it off so it would stop buzzing until we got it replaced. He saved me a lot of money instead of having an electrician come by for 5 minutes.

It was truly a pleasure working with Tony and his crew. They were so professional and easy to work with. He explained the process of replacing my electrical panel along with adding a couple of new circuits and handled everything from start to finish, including the final inspection. I have several more large electrical projects ahead of me and I will not hesitate to contact him again. Thanks again for everything. A+++ organization.

I highly recommend Charles Thermidor and his team at CT Electrical Services to upgrade your electrical panel. Charles did the initial visit and assessment and made me feel 100% confident that they would get the job done right. We had a 125ish-amp main panel in our 100+ year-old house and needed to upgrade it to 200-amps to be able to put a 100-amp sub-panel in our new garage. Charles' team did a great job and Charles showed up to QA the work at the end of the job. I will call Charles for future electrical work.

Robert was very professional and friendly when he came over for the estimate and when completing the work on my kitchen sink. He explained everything thoroughly so that I could understand. He gave me options that allowed me to tailor my needs and my budget. While fixing the issue, a neighbor had a shower plumbing issue after my water was turned on. Robert graciously went into their home and quickly fixed the issue. I was amazed at his continued professionalism and kindness. I will absolutely use Brother’s again as a result of my awesome experience. Thank you !

want to thank Sean and Alex for the professional work they performed at our home.We had requested an estimate to upgrade our electrical panel and install a 220v outlet in our garage. They arrived within the timeframe that we'd agreed to. They were neat, personable, and very informative. They looked over our electrical system and told us what was up to code, what wasn't, and what was grandfathered in.They provided us with a documented estimate, and presented several options for the work they could perform. We asked them when they could get started. Right away! was the response. We chose to address the panel and the outlet, and deferred the rest of the work for another time. They got right to work, told us that our electricity would be out in 15 minutes for a specified period of time.At one point, I heard Sean call the main office and tell them that they were missing a part. The office dispatched someone right away to bring the part so that their work would be unhampered. We had a lot of questions about our electrical system, and Sean was very good at answering all the questions. When they finished up, they mapped all of the breakers on our panel to various rooms and dedicated circuits (appliances, boiler, swamp cooler) and were on their way. We are very pleased with their work and the professional service they provided.

Chad helped me with some recessed lighting in my basement and did a fantastic job. Not only was he quick, but he did things with quality and made it simple for me to patch things up when he was through. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend.

We waited 2 weeks for an electrician to come to our home. The breaker to the garage kept tripping so we were unable to use the garage during this time. The electrician spent 15 minutes and charged us $154.00 to tell us everything was fine. The electrician left and the breaker tripped again and sparked. He said everything was fine ...... clearly it isn’t fine as we still don’t have electricity on our garage.

I was very impressed from start to finish with Mr Electric. The tech that came out to our house was named David.
He was prompt ,courteous and very knowledgeable about the services and the product. We scheduled a service appointment and the technician was here on time. They also sent reminders and a picture of the tech who would be working on our job. David ,the technician ,was extremely professional. I also noticed Mr Electric supplies their technicians with top-of-the-line transportation and equipment giving them literally all the tools they need to succeed. If you need quality electrical work done I can highly recommend Mr Electric.

I spoke with Jason and had an appointment scheduled for 5/11 at 3PM. After no one arrived, I called and left a voicemail at 4PM to check the status. I never received any type of response or call back. I made arrangements at my work to make sure I was home for this appointment so I'm disappointed in the lack of professionalism this company showed.
