Just had Beau, hopefully I spelled his name right. Found the problem right away, got us fixed in a short time. Definitely reccomend them and will use them in the future!

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

I can’t say enough about how amazing this guy is! Our heat wasn’t working and the temps were subzero. I couldn’t find anyone to come out to look at my furnace. He was totally booked up but FaceTimed me over the phone to talk through a troubleshoot. Saved the day! I’m a customer for life! Great to meet someone who actually cares about their customers.

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!

He charged $100 to come out and he did nothing to fix the issue and still charged full price for a visit. I watched him though the whole visit and he did not actually do any work except wiggle the wires around. Very disappointed and will not be recommending your company.

Spartan installed a clean out on my main line. I got several quotes and Jeremiah was the most straight forward and gave a reasonable price. Work was done expeditiously and clean. They give you a 2 year warranty also.

I had a simple slow tub drain. My tech walked in, looked at the tub and said $479. I told him no way would I pay that much, and he could just go. Then out of the kindness of his heart he said he would do it for $200. Still overpriced but at least it would be done. The whole thing took 15 minutes to complete. Shameful business practice.

Steven did a fantastic job - he took the time to explain things to me thoroughly and really went out of his way to answer my questions. He was even exceptionally kind to my (overly yippy) dogs. From scheduling to periodic updates throughout the day to Steven's attention to cleanliness and the amount of time he spent going over my furnace issues and options, I couldn't be happier with Plumbline. I will use their services again and highly recommend this classy company!Edit: My original review still stands. I just has Plumbline out again to fix a slow drain. I called this morning and they were able to send a tech out this afternoon. Wahoo! Mike was excellent - he really explained things thoroughly and even found a part that wasn't working, so he found the part name for me online and told me where I could get it cheaply. I truly appreciated that! He was clean, thorough, friendly, and professional. He quickly fixed my drain, and everything is working perfectly again. Definitely worth the cost!

Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
