Best Emergency Electrical Work in Denver CO

I couldn't have been more happy with Star Electric. I hired them this week to hook up our new hot tub. They responded quickly to my communications, gave me a super fair quote, showed up when they said they would, and did great work.

I got quotes from a few companies for this project. I had an identical experience with all of them, except for Star Electric. They all had thousands of five star review, had a customer service hotline, had someone come out the next day with an iPad, and gave me a quote on the spot. They also all tried to upsell me on subscription services and other work and quoted me $4,000-10,000 for this super simple job. I was to the point of getting ready to do the project myself.

Star Electric on the other hand felt more like dealing with a normal, local, small business. The customer service aspect was less over-the-top, which I was fine with. Slava came out and did a quality assessment of the work that needed to be done and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. Having already researched the cost of parts for doing the work myself, the quote felt like a totally reasonable amount for parts plus labor. I was incredibly happy to pay someone a fair price for doing the work instead of blundering through it myself.

They were on time and super helpful in both getting out outlet working again and giving advice for other work we want done

Nigel is such an awesome person and an incredible professional! We have a she-shed on our 1905 property that I wanted to convert into an art studio. Nigel was able to get power to the shed with all the city permit requirements in less than a month. His attention to detail and great sense of humor made this project a piece of cake! I did a search yesterday for a good HVAC company for my air conditioning that started leaking wildly at the end of the season last year. It still worked but my basement was covered in water. I spent the winter, terrified, worried that I'd get a bad company as well as afraid that it would be scarily expensive. I was especially worried because I count on a cool home in the summer. I contacted a few companies that had good reviews but somehow was led to Absolute. Brooke answered their phone and was vibrant and kind and professional. She was able to make an appointment for me for today(!) at a time that worked really well for me. Of course I was still nervous because that's how I roll- and we all know that anything could happen, reality-wise. Isaac showed up right on time, ready to put booties on to protect my floors and was as totally nice and professional as a human could possibly be! He immediately put me at ease and got to his diagnosis. He already had a pretty good idea what the problem was! He did a test that confirmed his suspicions and then showed me on his iPad what my choices were for the fix as well as options for a more ongoing plan that included the all-important furnace cleaning and a 2 times a year visit to make sure the AC and the heat were in tip top shape. All three options were affordable and reasonable in their scope. Honestly, I was so impressed with Isaac as well the great communication with Brooke that I went for the long-term plan. It's such a relief to know a company with awesome service providers like Isaac! I am so happy to be a member of their great affordable service going forward. I have never dealt with a company that really goes the extra mile for their customers like Absolute does. I'm so impressed with them. I'll always call them and never worry ever again about HVAC stuff! OH! AND they have electrical people, too! Tomorrow I have an appointment with Mike who will help me with an outlet that has worried me for awhile! My electrical and HVAC worries are over! I'm so happy! He not only knew his stuff but his great energy made the visit even more amazing. I've had issues over the years with workmen in my house which often keeps me from hiring people when work on my house is needed. Mike today (and Isaac yesterday) have put all those hesitations to rest. I'm so happy to have found this amazing qualified company- especially because of the kind, respectful service providers like Mike!

These guys added a new dedicated circuit for a treadmill. They were great, timely, did the work as described and on budget.

Tim and David were great to work with. The quote was reasonable, they showed up promptly and got to work. Everything was done to the highest standards, and it’s good to know that if I ever have any questions or need future work done, they are just a phone call away.

When Jerry arrived he was supposed to look at my air cinconditio but focused in my furnace, it's summer time and I wasn't worried about my furnace, I wanted him to look at my air conditioner which he never did. He told me the dispatch charge was 29.99$ and then said anything else would be 69.99$ I told him I was willing to pay the 69.99$ and then ataed that the diagnidiag fee was 289.0$ when I asked him to explain the process and what they entaled he did not. I grew so frustrated with his lack of knowledge and vauge answers that I simply told him that I would never utilize the services of wire nut again.
I am disgusted with this blantent attempt at ripping my elderly mother off that I will never use Wire Nut again. I only have one star to this company because I have to to post .But truly this company gets 0 stars from me. I want a complete refund of what I paid them.

We were very happy with the work Justin did in upgrading our electrical panel and inspecting our wiring. He also went above and beyond by helping remove other inactive wiring separate from the panel upgrade. Justin is very knowledgable and clearly passionate about the work he does. He answered all of my questions including one I had weeks later! We will be calling him for any electrical needs going forward.

Tony and his team were great to work with and did high quality and efficient work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality electrician who knows their stuff!

Had a vent put into our bathroom today! Also my pickyness for the way our bedroom ceiling fan turns on may have saved our lives. There was a weird dial in the closet that turned it on. Which according to Bryan was so out of date he’d never seen one like it. The inside had melted as the wires were crossing. It could have caused a fire if we had used it. Bryan spent 7 hours fixing both of these things for us and they came out beautifully. If anyone needs an electrician- use him!

Hope this people are better electrician then drivers. If you ever encounter their drivers in the highways they will cut you off and if you don't let them in the know how and are not afraid to use their middle finger even it is aimed at your grandchild sitting in the passenger seat.
So I guess it is OK for your employees to flip people off and drive aggressively as the want
May be you need to tell your drivers to Share the road and slow down and it is not OK to fly down the right lane and cut people off
