Cost me 200 dollars to have a switch replaced. My fault for not asking about their pricing before they came out. Took less than 10 minutes. Their minimum service charge is a lot more than other places. A friend of mine recommended them and I figured he wouldnt recommend a place that would rip me off. I was wrong. Called another company (after the fact unfortunately) and their basic service trip charge is 90 dollars. The standard is 90-100 and these crooks charge twice that. Use at your own risk.

I recently had my electrical panel upgraded. It was a great experience from my first phone call with Bonnie to completion of the project with Jake and his crew. Bonnie explained everything to me and was with me until completion of the inspection. Jake and his crew were very friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs and questions. If you are considering any electrical, I would highly recommend them. They are competitive with price and very responsive.

They were extremely available and professional. Totally recommend these guys. However, they don't fix the drywall. Luckily there isn't a ton to fix, but it would be nice if they could also repair the drywall at the end.

The woman who answered the phone laughed at me multiple times through my inquiry, and was not able to provide even a general ballpark for a quote, though I’ve received multiple ballpark quotes from other contractors. I received their info through Home Depot to schedule a quote for a small residential job. If patronizing communication and little to no information is your style, go to these guys.

From my first phone call with Cassie in the office, I was extremely comfortable with how friendly and professional the company was. Then, when Cody came to do the installation, he called to inform me he was on the way. He was quick, professional and very knowledgeable. My house was built in the 1940’s and can not handle the electrical needs currently. This company came in and was professional and very time efficient. I spoke to the owner and he was professional and transparent regarding the repair and upgrades needed. Services were completed in the time frame quoted and the quoted price was accurate. I had the privilege to work with Kirk Electric when my wife and I decided to replace our bathtub... which turned into a new bathroom, which turned into a whole house remodel haha. Since we were going to stud's, we decided it would be the right time to redo electrical. We ran all new wires through the house, added a sub panel, and did an entire new service. We also added a new panel to our detached garage. Kirk handled everything with ease. They also did all our trim and lighting. I would highly recommend anyone looking to do any type of electrical to hire them. Their pricing was very competitive and attention to detail was spot on.
