Hector came out the next day after I called as was fantastic! She showed up on time and was very helpful. My problem was super simple and he didn’t even charge me. Would highly recommend Red Fox and Hector!

Red Fox did an electrical panel replacement/upgrade for us; they're very professional and easy to deal with and their service team is excellent. However we found out (only when the City of Boulder inspector came to do the inspection) that Red Fox had never obtained a permit for the work. Red Fox did immediately obtain the permit at no cost to us, but the subsequent inspection showed that the new panel needed several corrections before it could pass inspection. After that work was done, the panel failed inspection *again* because it required additional breakers in order to meet code; Red Fox's explanation was, We didn't know about this requirement because Boulder is the only city that does things this way. Super frustrating! An electrical contractor's *job* is to know these requirements, so that it doesn't require five inspections to get the job done. To Red Fox's credit, they have communicated very well about all of this and they come out right away when something is needed, but it's been a very frustrating experience and we definitely would not use them again.

Robert and his team were very responsive. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our desires, and after a quick look at our current setup, clearly had a plan of how he would make our project happen.

Nice. friendly and quick. I bid out this job to replace a bathroom fan. The quote came in high but they could come out quicker than anyone else and was still within budget. There was a hiccup with the install but they stepped up and completed the installation with speed, precision and craftmanship. I like companies that work like this. Will use again!

Tyler came and did some work for us while we were getting our siding and windows redone. He was flexible and easy to work with as we tried to time his work around the other working going on. He showed up at the perfect time and was able to quickly install a few exterior boxes for us as well as do some wiring without delaying the siding work. Overall I'm very pleased with his work and timely manner. I'll be sure to use them again for future projects.

This company is amazing!!! This was a huge job and Pablo said he'd have it done in one day. We were skeptical, only because of the amount of work we needed done. However, this amazing man did exactly as he'd promised! He did ALL the work including replacing our full panel and installing a bathroom exhaust fan (and much, much more) in just one day! Johnny Harris did a great job—and chased down some mysterious issues despite several hurdles. Red Fox Electric was professional, friendly, prompt, and gave me a good estimate on day one and stuck to that price despite some unknowns.

Dustin came and gave our home a thorough once-over to make sure he knew the scope of the project, then showed me the different pieces we'd need to address. He was quick to respond, did great work, and cleaned up his work area thoroughly inside and outside the house. Highly recommend.

Brannon Burroughs and Red Fox did an excellent job installing a 240v outlet in our detached garage. He arrived on-time, installed everything neatly and efficiently, and he cleaned up afterwards. Red Fox provided a very competitive quote, and I would use them again without hesitation.

I had the best experience working with Red Fox Electric. Not only were they the most responsive, friendly, and easy to work with company that I called for bids (none of the others even followed up!), the work done was top notch! Had them add an indoor subpanel to basically replace the primary outdoor breaker panel on a new house (Why, Lennar? Why?) so we don't have to go outside in bad weather if a breaker trips. Will absolutely work with them in the future for any and all electrical needs. Highly recommend!

Redbox came to give a quote they were on time, professional and personable. I committed with them to have a hot tube hooked up and delivered of the tub was pushed back a couple of times. Each time they were accommodating. When it did deliver Pablo was on time did the work quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to others and will switch from the electric company I was using to Redfox!

FYI: for me the tip option on the bill is cheesy. Remove it. I like to tip directly to the agent. Just my opinion, not a big deal!

I had a light fixture/chandelier that needed to be moved and re-wired. I received quotes from multiple businesses and Red Fox had the best quote. Brannon was our electrician and he came out on time, gave us a very competitive quote, and was able to complete our project on the same day as the estimate. We knew we needed 'something' done electrically because our house (mid-mod 1957 model) has issues with the panel tripping if too much is going on inside. Red Fox had good reviews on Homeadvisor, so we chose them. Dustin, our service person, has been amazing. He laid out several options for us and did not push an upsale (bonus points in our book). We ended up going with the more expensive and time intensive job, because it really did work out to be the best option. Dustin has been very respectful of our time, property and fur kids (another bonus). We would recommend him and Red Fox for your electrical needs.

Robert Ramirez was our electrician for removing old under-cabinet halogen puck lights and installing new LED lighting. He was on time and provided exceptional service. When he came into the house, he stopped at the front door and put on shoe covers to protect our carpeting. During installation, he covered the kitchen floor and counter tops. My room is at the far end of the house from the furnace. Therefore, I freeze in the winter.

As a remedy, I bought a small, standard, 1500 watt space heater, but it immediately blew the 15 amp circuit breaker. The junction box is on the outside of the house accessible only by a steep, narrow, gravel covered walkway. I walk with a cane and there is no way I could get there to reset the circuit breaker. (A very kind neighbor, much younger than me, reset it for me.)

After enduring a couple of years wearing heavy winter clothing in my room, I called Red Fox for an estimate on upgrading the wiring and increasing the circuit breaker to 25 amps so I could use the space heater without blowing it.

Pablo came out to give me an estimate. After he saw the problem he suggested a far better solution: Run a 100 amp line from the main box to a secondary junction box in the basement that I could easily get to. Then he would install an 8-foot baseboard heater, with a wall thermostat, in my room. While he was at it he would also put a much needed 6-foot baseboard heater in the bathroom.

Not only was this a brilliant solution to my problem, the cost was little more than I had expected to pay to upgrade the outside circuit breaker to 25 amps.

True to his word, two weeks later Pablo showed up right on time and went to work. By 3:30 the next day he had completed the job. The only way you could tell he'd been there was the temperature, the baseboard heaters, and the thermostats on the walls. He even found our vacuum cleaner and cleaned up the plaster dust on the floor where he had cut openings for the thermostats.

Pablo is as professional and as good, or better, at what he does as anyone out there you might be able to find. Also, he's as likeable as they come. The next time I need electrical work of any kind, I'm going straight to Pablo and Red Fox.

Called this company called to set up an estimate. Speaking with the lady on the phone I asked her if there would be any charges to have someone come out to which she replied no there will be no charges it will be a free estimate and free diagnosis guy came out and told me it will be 160 for an estimate.
