This company gives the absolute best customer service of any company i've ever worked with. They communicate with you and update you one times of appointments and who your tech will be. Steven arrived on time, put shoe protectors on so he didn't track up my wood floors, and he was very knowledgeable and explained all the work to me. I would have given five stars but haven't had the work done yet. I'll post an update when I do.

It was great to be able to get a same day appointment. The tech called prior to arrival and was very prompt. He explained the issues well and quickly finished his work. He suggested, and did not push, improvements for the future.

Shelby, did a complete AC system analysis determined that the condenser unit was very dirty and covered with cottonwood, cleaned unit, took pictures of the AC coils showing that they were clean. All system diagnostics good. Still having issues ended up replacing thermostat with new wifi capable Honeywell thermostat. So far so good. Today was only 76 degrees it worked well. The real test will be when it's 90 +.Shelby was great, very professional.

Honestly, a HERO came to my house. Tuesday night the temperature was going below 0 degrees and my furnace had stopped working. Earlier that day another HVAC guy examined my system and told me I needed a whole new furnace. A friend gave the number for Great Guys assuring it was worth calling them. Marcus came right over (after hours) and repaired my system in minutes. He made sure everything was in perfect condition and addressed all of my concerns. I highly recommend Great Guys Heating, Cooling and Home Services. Use them once and you’ll want to use them forever!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. They communicate clearly, quickly and honestly when they take your call, and actually listen to your questions, then keep you well informed of the timing of your visit. Nick did a great job as our plumber and was a pleasure to work with. Maybe not the cheapest option, but worth it to have trustworthy work with excellent service.

I cannot recommend Uli, Marshall, Jason, Johan and the whole team at Top Shelf enough.

I initially got in touch with Top Shelf because a different company had broken my water heater during a routine intake outtake pipe repair. The company claimed I needed a new heater entirely. Marshall came over and was very responsive to my questions, said that they might be right and I would need a new water heater, but that he'd look into it. After a half an hour or so he had the issue fixed: the previous company had installed a one way valve on the pipe going the wrong direction and so he just took that out and, viola, fixed.

I liked so much of how Marshall worked, I have just completed an HVAC installation with another of Top Shelf's technicians: Jason and his brother Johan. Despite having some setbacks with getting the metal ducting into our basement that weren't his fault, Jason stayed at our house until 8:30pm to make sure we had heat that night. Johan helped with all things electrical and I gather came over to help things done in a speedy matter given the install was done during a snowstorm. Both were extremely professional and easy to talk to. We're now sitting comfortably with a new HVAC and humidifier.

I plan on using Top Shelf anytime I need the services they offer - I'm already planning new electrical work with them here shortly. I encourage you to contact them - you won't be disappointed.

Mixed review. Our 3year old unit quit during the July heat wave. One tech came out but it took 2 weeks to find out first guy didn’t do paperwork. New guy Brandon came out and he was awesome, but replacement part blew like the original. So new lead tech and two others came out and really fixed it with whole new AC unit. But now we’re being told the original sales person from Tipping Hat sold us ‘too powerful’ of a unit and our air intake isn’t sufficient which is why it blew in the first place. So half fixed? So… sales is a 2 star. Brandon and Dillon and tech staff is 4 star. Would I use again… not sure.

Our furnace went out 2 days prior to expected -16 degrees night. I was able to make an appointment with Blue Sky. Their technician Jake Canady came at the appointed time was very professional and fixed our furnace in under 2 hours. We are very pleased with Blue Sky and will use them and Jake when we need our air conditioner serviced.

I needed my furnace looked at and I simply went on line. One of the very first names I came across was Golden West. I was impressed with all of the positive reviews that were made and it was a done deal!The tech that came out was Carlos. He was on time, extremely professional and very helpful. He explained each step he was taking to ensure that I understood what needed to be done to my furnace.I will recommend Golden West to everyone!
