We had a clog in our toilet around 8:30am, called immediately for a service call. They told us between 12-2:00pm. They had a cancellation within 15 minutes, called me back and before 9:45am all was fixed. Mark was incredibly helpful, quick, and COVID-19 conscious! Great experience and would highly recommend.

This experience was incredible. I called a few other companies, but couldn't even get an estimate that week. Absolute was able to complete the entire process in 3 days (highly impressive). Isaac was able to get me an estimate 1 day after I called, and the next day James and Eric arrived install a brand new AC was installed on Friday. The installation quality was excellent. If you want quality over anything else, go with Absolute!

Service was professional, however I do feel it was overpriced. I tend to ensure I get an idea of the fees prior to having a specialist come out, but failed to do so this time and it appears I got the typical, nice big house, looks like a high end of the range fee situation. I needed an AFCI breaker replaced, which took less than 30 minutes altogether. Then was told that he would waive the diagnostics fee (I didn't even know there was one) and was still charged an amount much higher than I expected. Looking up local rates, I noticed that this type of work is typically charged $100-$200 less per breaker. So definitely feel I was overcharged, however they do know what they are doing and are very technical. I would just not make the mistake I made and ensure you understand their fee structure prior to having them come out.

The team hung a chandelier for me and did a great job! They were friendly, quick and detailed. Very affordable pricing. I will get bids on several more projects. Very pleased with the service they provided.

We live up in ID Springs, and have had 2 great experiences- our place was re-piped with water pressure valve installed, which has worked awesome, and then our furnace was serviced when it stopped working one very cold and snowy day.
