HVAC tech John came to house on a request to change old thermostat. He was respectful of my house and put on booties because it was snowing. He took the time to inform me of all my options. Gave me his professional opinion of the condition and age of my furnace even though thats not what he was here for(this is a huge positive for me). I did not feel pressured in any way to make decisions right away, he gave me several quotes for different options. I needed an outlet installed for an over-the-range microwave, and they were able to do it within 2 weeks for a reasonable price. The other electricians I contacted said it would be at least a month before they got to me. Sundog's electrician was communicative and completed the outlet install in about 30 minutes. I'd use Sundog again.

We recently purchased our first Tesla and needed a home charging until installed. We contacted several local companies from the list provided on the Tesla website. All the electrical contractors we reached out to did respond and provided quotes. Dutch Creek Electric however went above and beyond with regard to their customer service compared to the other companies. Within a hour or two from submitting our request online we received a personal telephone call inquiring about our job request and asking additional questions to make sure everything was understood. They were very accommodating with working with our schedule to complete the job in a very timely manner. Their quote was very fair priced and they were very thorough in the explanation of the work top be performed, especially since we had very limited knowledge of the process. The day of the install the two gentlemen (Josh and Enrique) sent to complete the work were on time and very friendly. They even called before hand to give us an estimated time of arrival. They were both very courteous and did a fantastic job with the installation. When complete they cleaned up after themselves so well, my garage was cleaner then when they got there. I would highly recommend Dutch Creek Electric to anyone looking to have electrical work done and I will use them in the future for any projects that u might have.

I live in a little ranch built in the 1950’s. There are a lot of odd ball things about my home, but I love it. I wanted to have ceiling fans installed, but the fixtures were on the wall I stead of the ceiling, and I have no attic. I got recommendations for an electrician from Home Depot, and they gave me the contact info for Justin at Interstate. He’s amazing. Not only did he do a fantastic job on the ceiling fans, but he gave me great recs for brands of fans, and what to look for. He was prompt, very professional, and worth every penny. He’s got the job at my house from now on!

They installed a new wall mounted fan and light control for an existing ceiling fan/light and had to install a control module in the ceiling fan canopy. This was an upgrade from the exiting fan and light control, not a repair. The electrician, Cody McBain, was polite, courteous, and professional. Quick and efficient, knew exactly what to do and double tested everything. Highly recommended.
