An INCREDIBLY efficient and responsible company. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Top Shelf. We had a massive job that needed to be done with a complete rip-out and re-install of our Furnace. They also installed AC and upgraded our Electrical Panel. Financing was really easy and helpful and the entire process was painless. They're like a well-oiled machine and all the work was done incredibly quickly. I would highly-recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work (or any work) done.

The salesperson came to quote electrical issues and within minutes, seemed interested in selling their plan so we could avoid the trip fee and the (unexpected) diagnosis fees he would need to give an accurate quote. After briefly looking at our panel, we were told the work we are requesting, could not be done as quoted by other companies and bad-mouthed them for saying that it could be done as we requested. A much more expensive solution was then suggested. I wanted an apples-to-apples quote. I don't the like use of negatives when trhinb go make a sale. You should be able to quote the job with the positives of how your company can solve my problem. We refused a bid for the small item he said he could do. As AAA Couldn't help with the major electrical issue, and the negative experience.....we can't do business with them.

Received a text at 7:50 am that estimator was on his way and should arrive by 835. By 930 no one has shown up. Called office and the guy had gone in to mechanic to have tires checked should be another 30-45 mins. Ok, this happens but a call to let me know would have been professional. Sit around waiting. Didn't show up until 1140am. No apologies. Reviews the job, prepares an estimate with a few options. Says he'll email the estimate and options from his truck before he leaves. Six hours later have not received an email.

Moving into a new home can be stressful - within the first two weeks we had to call Blue Sky multiple times. With three large dogs I am always worried how people coming into our home will react. Alex Krohn was the kindest, most friendly person we have had work on our home yet. Not only did he take time to explain the work he was doing, what he was doing and where, but he didn't mind the pups one bit - better yet, they even loved him! It helped that his work was phenomenal too. I'll definitely be using Blue Sky for all my electrical needs, and I hope to get Alex every time. If you're looking for a A++++ electrician, ask for Alex!

I contacted this company after my water heater died, they were immediately responsive and scheduled an appointment to come out and give me a quote. Compared to two other companies I considered they were much faster in general, quoted me what I consider a fair price for the water heater and services, and when they ran up against snags specific to my type of home and heater they did everything they had to and could to find a solution. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and more important than that he was upfront and honest with me about everything I asked him. They found a solution, got me the water heater and system I wanted, I got a 10-year warranty out of the deal, and they were professional enough to clean up their mess and leave my home exactly as they found it. I even had to leave at one point to go get my son and I felt no problem whatsoever leaving them in my house. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs anything plumbing related done for them. Thank you very much Jason for the hard work you guys did.
