IVe used Around the Clog repeatedly over the past five years for everything from clogged drains to most recently a hot water heater install. The service is always prompt, friendly, and thorough. They never leave a mess. I called on a Wednesday about a hot water heater, got an on-site quote (very competitive quote) that same day, and had a new hot water heater installed two days later. I'm staying with Around the Clog!

Andrei did a great job helping us install a new faucet and resolve water pressure issues. He also gave us some helpful tips for upcoming maintenance. The office was communicative when we had to reschedule due to many emergency calls that day.

Keith was in communication before his arrival. As always, all techs have clean uniforms, shoe covers - very professional. Keith even asked me - I will be going in and out a few times - would you like me to knock or just come and go as needed? NICE! He spent some time after service to go over our system, its age, maintenance options, etc. NO PRESSURE - just giving me information. Now I have some items on MY radar for future decisonmaking! Swan's team was very gracious, from Melissa and Gene at the office scheduling and keeping me updated on when to expect the service member... to Drilon who came to work at my home. He was very helpful and direct about what the problem was with my furnace, making it clear the flame sensor just had to be cleaned in order to get everything working in minutes. I really appreciated his patience explaining it to me and answering my questions. Thank you!Update two months later when the pressure sensor went out. Swan managed to fit me in the afternoon of the day I called. Shane did a great job, not only diagnosing the problem, but getting the replacement part and installing it, and explaining to me very graciously the issue, all within the two-hour appointment window.Update 7/8/2020: Jon came out to figure out why my garbage disposal was not working. Not only did he do a very good job of wearing a mask and respecting my quarantine requirements, but he figured out the problem and got it fixed within half an hour. He also graciously gave me an estimate for a new garbage disposal when this one is no longer able to be repaired because it's an old one. Thanks Jon!Update 10/29/2021: Google, I wish you'd let reviewers write multiple reviews instead of making us update the existing one...On 10/26/2021 Detlef and Jamison replaced my current (OLD) standard water heater with a new Navien tankless unit, which included installation of a new gas line (from the meter), capping off the old lower-capacity line, and also replaced my current water shut-off knob with a lever and pressure reducing valve, and re-setting my toilet on a new wax seal to stop a mild leak. Scott did the electrical part quickly and helpfully so the new outlet is usefully located. LOTS of work got done in one day with them doing a good job of protecting the rest of my house, and leaving every place they touched cleaner than when they arrived. They were kind, patiently explained things when I needed to choose between options, and professional the whole time, not leaving before completing the paperwork for my Xcel Energy rebate for a high-efficiency unit. THANK YOU BOTH so much.

My boiler had failed to fire up for heating mode and our house was very cold. Blue Sky sent Eric White out to my home the same morning I had called. He arrived within the window of time they promised. He spent about an hour performing diagnostics as this boiler is somewhat complicated. He determined the problem, went down the hill to get a new circuit board, returned and promptly installed the part. The boiler fired up and worked properly. Eric was patient, knowledgeable professional and informative. I would strongly recommend Blue Sky and Eric should you require these services.

We needed a baseboard heater moved to a different wall, which they executed perfectly and then I asked if they could take a look at the shower as we’d noticed some clogging. Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
