UPDATE: Two technicians, TJ and Mark, arrived on time on the day of our appointment and provided courteous and knowledgable service. They replaced an outlet that needed to be GFI and uninstalled outdoor wiring to make it up to code. They exained everything to me as they went, and I left the appointment feeling my home was safer. I love that Safe Electric sends text reminders for your appointment and for when technicians are on their way. TJ called me when they were on their way, as well. I also feel the prices are very fair. I would recommend Safe Electric as I had a great experience with them from start to finish.PREVIOUS: This review is for the customer service I received when setting up my appointment for electric work. I had a few specific electrical issues in my home that I was hoping to have repaired, and I spoke to the rep named Raven. She was so patient and kind as I asked several questions about the process. I was unsure about some of the work I wanted to get done, and Raven was considerate and thoughtful in the way she scheduled my appointment to allow for extra time discussing details with the electrician. She even reviewed all the notes that she included in my file for the electrician before we ended the call which made me feel comfortable and confident in the future appointment and showed that she was listening and attentive during the conversation. This was one of the best first contacts with a business I have had.

After one call, they immediately texted me, got me on their calendar, and did ALL electrical work the next day! It was by far some of the best service I’ve ever received. The work was fantastic and truly helped make my house a home. The techs were friendly, fair service in price, and punctual. I can’t say enough great things about this company and the service I received!

I’ve used them several times for different electrical needs. They can handle the largest job down to the smallest and from what I’ve seen approach all with great attention to detail.

No call no show. I have a rental on campus they were supposed to visit on Friday (half the house has nonworking electric) and they just didn't show up. Left 2 messages and a text with no response.

Company diagnosed issue and gave me a quote. When they arrived to do the work they did not have supplies needed/seemed confused on agreed scope of work to be completed. They said they would have to charge me for time to go get supplies even though we had agreed on work order approximately two weeks ago. I called owner to discuss but no response. Very unprofessional.
