DO NOT USE! Very unprofessional. They did not Show up at the scheduled time and came the next day. When we reasonably asked for an explanation, they simply walked away and canceled the job

Quality Electric was great! I needed a couple outlets installed and looked into a handful of electricians. I chose Quality Electric because they were prompt in responding to my inquiry and their estimate was a reasonable price. The technician arrived on time and completed the work quickly. He also answered all my questions and was very nice. I highly recommend this company if you have any electrical needs. I will be sure to contact them again if I need any more work done. My company uses them for commercial work and I love working with them. Their work is good and the pricing is fair. They usually are able to fit us in when we have emergency, although sometimes they are backed up. Everyone is easy to work with and highly communicative which is very important to me.

Safeway is a great company give them a chance and they won’t let you down.

Don't want to give even one Star as this company sent out two technicians to my home, they looked over the work I needed them to perform, told me that they would go back and talk with their Service Manager and then they would be in contact about scheduling/advising about the service. 3+ weeks went by and nothing, so I emailed the person who had set up the original appointment and their reply was that they were very sorry and this is not how they do business. They also said that they spoke to the Service Manager and I should have something within a week.

As I write this, it's been over two more weeks since my last reply from them and still nothing. I hope that this not the way this or any company thinks is a proper way to do business. Though I am finding out in trying to upgrade a home that there isn't a lot of Customer Service being provided in the business world today......and no one wants to earn money as I am finding I can't give it away......

So far so good on the electrical work, but very poor rating for the mess they left behind. Huge chunks of mud left all over my laundry room and the large staples from previous electrical panel could have ruined my sweeper had I not seen them first!!! Please wear covers on your shoes and treat other people’s home with respect.

Bradley came out to my house this summer to replace old knob and tube wiring at my house. The crew was fantastic and the did great work. There were even a few follow up issues the next week or two and they came out to make sure everything was done properly. I was very appreciative for the work they did.

Excellent, fast service. Jeremy was pleasant and got the job done the same day that I called. The power went out in my chicken coop and he was able to restore it is less than one hour. My hens and I were very happy that they did not have to spend the night in the cold. I would 100% recommend this company

They always do a good job for us and when something doesn't get finished or get finished properly, they fix it- and they are honest about it.

Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. Will call PTI again for any and all issues or new work; I highly recommend Joe and his company!
